How high is the light? Ialso use 250 watt for my potted clones. For some reason when i move them from a florescent to the 250 its temporarily shocks them, its a big difference. I would lift your light and slowly lower it. All you can do now is wait to see if they perk up which is usually within 48 hours. Did you PH balance the soil? Did you add nutes or just water? Foxfarm has enough nutes in it to last several days. I see they are watered, i would wait 2-3 days to water again. Let it dry out a bit. you want those roots to strech out and look for water. Hope it helps!

The light was round 10 inches above. luckily the plants rejuvenated themselves and they were doing great for two days but i am now facing other problems that i also dont understand.
