That is not how they look at it brother. They still considerate a space in which the children have access to. Not to mention if I decided to do the 5x5 there is a big chance they could come after my kids as per what the language says in prop 19.

well, we really will not know until if/when it is passed. it is a little vague, I will give you that, but I would say if you are in a different room, that would be a different space, and if the grow area is locked, and they have no access, then I would believe that would be ok as well..

yes, I did read that thread where they went after the parents for the MMJ grow. yes that sucks, but, it happens now. at least if it were legal for rec, and start to get more accepted, then maybe in the future, that will not be the case.

that right there is their fighting card. I believe this is how they will try and mess with cali or punish cali if this passes. Where as if we decriminalize marijuana... they do not have a leg to stand on. With taxing and regulation come slavery as they can pretty much regulate as they see fit. I feel sorry for some areas where it is already outright banned which will not be lifted once prop19 passes. However again.. if it is decriminalized in small protions... it will not matter what the laws are passed.

except for growing... like in Mass right now,, it is decriminalized,, its just a civil infraction at 100.00 fine for posession,, but cultivation is still a no-no,, I would rather have prop 19 in Mass, than what is in the senate now (talk about a greedy a$$ bill), over with what we have now

We already have decriminalized marijuana in California. We will never see legalization without someone somewhere getting their share whether you like it or not. You're not happy with the way it is currently, are you? If the answer is no than Prop 19 is the next logical step.

schwagg weed = (more than 1% THC but less than 5%) = 150.00/oz tax
mids (5.0% THC to under 10%) = 200.00/oz tax
decent smoke (10%THC and over) 250.00/oz tax...

plus 2000.00 to 3500.00/yr license for each of the following.. grower/importer, processor, trade, retail... each can only sell to the next in line....
