August 1, 2021 Beginning of week 9 and within days to a week to harvest of the Citrus Sap. The triploid, "Poly" is still going strong and her buds are still adding girth with huge numbers of new white hairs. She is foxtailing a bit, so I dialed down the light intensity 5%.
Into each of 2 gallons of purified water I'll add 15mL of Terpinator and enough pH Up to set pH at 6.3, then I'll add a teaspoon of Gnatrol. Each plant will get a third of a gallon.
Now near the end of another grow, again composed of week after week of tedious measuring, mixing and juggling a dozen different nutrients and boosters, I've decided it's time to try the organic method. No more chemical fertilizers!
I've ordered a copy of the Rev's "True Living Organics" and got two 13" Gro Pro pot supports. 10 Gallon square fabric pots are on the way and at 13.4x13.4x13.4, the pot supports are a perfect match. The pots have tabs on the corners for plant stakes that will make for easy LST. Also on order are two 1.5 cu. ft. bags of Fox Farms Ocean Forest which will be the foundation for the living soil. After I've done some more reading and study I'll order other soil amendments I don't have.
Normally after a grow I leach my soil thoroughly and add more amendments, but right now in the middle of a megadrought I'd rather save the nearly 100 gallons of water it would take to leach the 24 gallons of soil in my 6 pots. All the soil from this crop will therefore be stowed in a storage bin for now and I'll be mixing a new batch.
The first two group photos were taken today and the shots of individual plants yesterday. I discovered my phone camera has a "pro" mode I didn't know about and I can adjust color temperature, exposure compensation and ISO, along with other goodies. I think I got some good shots and the color rendering is right on! Trichs are 60/40 clear/milky, very few amber yet.
Family photo, start of Week 9- not long now.
Here's a shot of the whole garden. The two Bestva Pro 2000W LEDs have made this phenomenal growth possible.

Right now I'd like to say thanks to
and all the amazing, awesome growers here on the forum that I've learned sooooo much from since I began visiting 420magazine.com. Thank you all!
