Chump's First Indoor

Thanks guys! Square pots are on the grocery list.

Sun, the first pinched bud is in the oven drying now, just because my partner is in a whole bunch of pain, and we're about to leave for the auto show. I know it's going to taste crappy. It's just a little popcorn bud from the bottom of Aroma.

I hope Julie feels better soon and you will get no recriminations from me about pinching lower buds when out because I wouldn't think twice, lol.

hope you're having a great weekend sis ;)

I just went for a walk with Mrs. Sun since the sun is shining today until the next storm hits.

Now, ima go burn a little THC :rasta:

There's a formula for this I think. I can't remember where I saw it though. Is it 30% after the water is gone? Mebbe 8grams then? Just throwing it out there. 50% would be about 14g...

We had some White Rhino a few weeks back. I would def add it to my list of "want to grow". The buds are lookin great. With all that you have learned, your next grow will be even better. Enjoy the smoke, you have certainly earned it.

So, 27.5 subtract 25% = 20.625
Not too bad from a little plant. About 3/4 of an ounce. I was hoping to get like an ounce per plant.
The other 2 are still going, hopefully I'll get more out of them! I have some pics from the harvest that I'll post when I get a chance. The pics aren't that great.

25% is about what you wind up with after the 75% moisture cures out, so it's 1/4 oz.

sorry to bear bad news :(

It would have been less dissapointing to do an indoor grow first.

You can get some decent yields indoors, but nothing like outside.

If you can, get some more seeds ready to go and plant them right after you harvest. Or, if you got the room, plant them now in smaller pots and transplant them later.

Wow, it's shrinking! Awe shucks. You always think you're going to have way more then you end up with. Those 3 medium size plants, (that my friend gave me last year), that I grew outside. Those yeilded huge. And not so much big buds, but a bunch of medium sized buds. And those were all non LST plants. The LST plants give you like 4 or 5 big buds, and the rest is crumbs. My own little observation of course. I always wonder, which is better LST, or not?

If I could get the right sized pots, I could grow 6 in there. They would have to be square, deep, but not too wide. Maybe do non LST for 3 week veg?

This stuff, is starting to taste killer though. We've only smoked some little crumbs, that are drying out nice. We have a few fat nugs. It's like 1 or 2 toke, so I'm happy about that.

I'm going to let the other 2 go for as long as they look like they're up and running. Aroma looked almost dead, I could have probably let her go if I could tie her up with chicken wire or somthing. I had so much yarn around her trying to keep her in the air.

Aroma makes you ramble, I know that. Anyways....:bongrip:

Harvest pics will come when I have some time, prob this weekend. Not too exciting, I'll get some good nug pics, once the stems aren't so green.
:peace:

Thanks Sun, that's a good idea. All I have right now is reg bag seed. I need to order my seeds dammit!

Seeds are on their way!
Super Lemon Haze - Green House
White Widow - G13 Labs
Strawberry Cough - Dutch Passion
LA Woman - DNA Genetics

LA Woman was a freebie.

We harvested Diesel last night. She weighed 27 grams wet. The smell was unbeleivable! This is going to be some good tasting, smelling, and hopfully strong stuff.

Again, I'll get some pics posted when I get a chance.

Congrats on the harvest:cheertwo:
That seed line up sounds great! :peace:

I'd love it then cause I love the smell of citronella.

It's one of those smells buried deep in my mind from childhood when we would have family barbecues and burn those citronella incense coils to keep the skeeters away.

sometimes I light a citronella candle in the garage for the aroma, not for bug-repelling properties.

fascinating what each strain brings to the smoking table ;)
