Yeah my chemdawg D (some say its OG Kush crossed with Chem 91) does the same thing when curing. It gets a lil grey or brownish in color. Kinda pisses me off bag appeal wise, but the smoke is pretty killer.

I don't think most weed over cured time will stay as green as it started b4 you dry it
maybe if you overdry it a bit b4 you cure without adding any other moisture in it?
maybe something to do with the chlorophyll as it cures the thing goes away so the green taste goes away and maybe some of the color too?
Im just guessing here lol

everyone likes purple for some reason it can be junk but if its purple lol
 
naww you can see its you grew dank bud by how nice the crystals look :) they purple/grey is just so crazy to see! I don't get bud like that.

enjoy that fine smoke you have! kudos man. if you leave em longer they'll get really plump
