hey chron, is it me?, or does some weed work better for fishing? I have found that I catch way more fish with better weed! I used to blow weed smoke on my lures...I think it masked the human smell.......man, I wish I could go out fishing....I got some flounder from the store yesterday...I would rather be peeling a fish on the back of the boat........then eat it right then.........I love the ahi....what ever that is!

This grow journal is like reading a good book and with the addition of the new seedlings it looks like I'm just finishing the first chapter.
Looks like I will be here for the grow if its O.K with you Chronic.

I like to read slow so I will read it one "foot" at a time:)

When was that? I heard of people shooting at them, but not actually taking one down. Lots of times they would fly around with the guy hanging 50-100 ft down on a rope. I respect the balls they have, but what they are doing is such a waste of $$$.

I always said if they really wanted to revive the economy on the windward side legalize pot and get rid of that huge sea wall in the Hilo Harbor. There was a kick ass beach along the whole bay before they put seawall in and you would have all the pot tourists come to Hilo. Old Hilo downtown would be a perfect place to have a bunch of Amsterdam style coffeshops to visit + restaurants gift shops etc. And then you could just walk down to the bay-front and hang out on beach.

I have not been back since leaving in 2000, but unless it improved greatly Hilo is not in good shape economically. The vast majority of tourists/$$$ are on the Kona side. And the pot tourists would not care that it rains all the time. Not sure if it is still so much, but when I left going rate for an oz of good local weed was $600 plus, just crazy.

I had a good day as far as I made it through the whole day at work
it was a frigin scorcher with the humidity and no wind it felt like an oven
I swear my head still feels hot
but its all good came home took a shower and toked a couple hits head feels a bit better now:thumb:
there was a couple times during the day I wos wondering if I was gonna drop from the heat lol
its not like dry 100 degree heat its more like 80's with 60% plus humidity

maybe it does mask your smell lol
just don't touch a banana and touch your lures
I don't care if its on a boat just don't touch it then touch your lures
its scientifically proven bananas have a pheromone that fish don't like
and AHI
is yellowfin tuna:thumb:

im not gonna argue that price ive heard of worse hell you can get primo weed from cali in Hawaii cheaper than you can get the local grown stuff locally
funny thing is I think most of the stuff here is exported or theyre selling to tourists and ridiculous rates
but then again those ridiculous prices were not for tourist lol
prices have gone down a bit tho
at least on the imported stuff from the mainland
I cant really find any good local strains locally grown
wish I could there was some tasty stuff back then
 
ok ima doan update of the clones after I do my rounds in the rest of the subbed journals
phone pics so bleh
 
ok lets take a gander at the 3 cutting that were left minus the ones I culled to make space for bubba cutting which may not make it
maybe I should clean my scissors before I used it to take the cutting
ahh ill give it a few more day and decide as for the clones meh I don't have room to grow em out
ahh what to do well I just wanted to show how I clone anyway
first time I didn't clean it with alcohol first
not to self don't not clean it again

so heres the roots

all three that were left today is day ten and all have roots

so the one that looked like it was gonna root first is actually the last one to show something substantial

so in ten days all 3 of the og cuttings that were left in has some form of roots

cheap and easy 2 gallon bucket, airpump, hose, couple of airstones and a few neoprene pucks and your ready to clone
oh and don't forget the lid and make sure theres no light inside as we all know roots don't like lights
and the one that is showing nothing at all in the last pic in the background is the bubba cutting

ive never tried it with any of those
have basil and rosemary outside but I wouldn't see the need to clone any rosemary the thing grows like a weed

I think it was 78-79-80. Not sure. The Big Island actually turned down money to help fight pot growing. I think that was mid 8os.
Might be in some DB somewhere.

hey thanks Bee and have a great evening yourself one more day and I get a break for a couple days
I guess the bright side is I didn't have to start work on a whole week with the heat and humidity im glad I started midweek
at least next week I may be more acclimated
have to get back into the groove:thumb:
