Chef De Green Does It All: Reveg, Clones, Autos & Photos

Today I went through and selected every single branch I want to take through flower on my scrog. She’s looking very bare bones right now. I’ll put the second net up tomorrow. When her tops are 4-6 inches from the second net, then I’ll flip.

All done! Here’s the star pupil all prim and proper. She’s going to be allowed 48 hours to lick her wounds, then she’s headed to the big show. I left literally zero side branches. I wanna see this SP produce all of her bud weight on just the top 8-10 inches of each branch.

i shouldn’t need to remove any more growth through stretch. I will be defoliating daily til stretch stops though. Just to keep everything exposed.

Yeah I hacked her up good. I do that so the tiny, tiny growth i may have missed will get bigger faster.. allowing me to take it off sooner. Her branches should start zooming once all the energy and nutes focus up. Then we’ll see what kind of goodies she can show us. Day 10 will bring a top dress of powdered barley hulls.

I see Professor Flora do it all the time as well... strip her down like you do. He gets some amazing looking buds although I don't know if the two are related.
What do the barley hulls do?
 
The barley hulls are for feeding the micro herd. I’m sure there are also indicators of what the plants metabolic needs are changing to, with the addition of the barley.

she’ll get another top dress around day 27-28. The barley also shortens flower. Beez has finished plants up to 7-10 days early and he attributes it to the barley.

As the plants stretch, i have to make sure I’m getting good penetration into the center of each plant. I actually continously, gently defoliated until about week 7 on the Cookies n Chem i just chopped. I think I’m going to keep doing that.
