Cheap(unnoticeable) Indoor Grow?

i just moved from California to Washington, and when i was in cali i had my medical marijuana card so it wasnt hard for me to grow at all. now i live in washingon, and dont want to stop growing but its gotta be on the DL. My dad is all for me doing it and for paying for it. does anyone know how i can pull this off without being noticed and keeping it cheap? i am willing to put 200 into it. but i dont think i will break even.

do your homework pal. Try a plastic bins full of soil, and a 300watt cfl from ebay, that would be a good cheap start. just take it from there. ALSO try to get some good seeds too, a strain thats a big producer.
