Cheap Photo & Auto Combo Grow!

Dropping in day 30
Room size- 48"x72" & 79"tall (basement).
3 gallon buckets
From seed. Soaked in water until healthy tail sprouts. Tweezer planted tail down 1/2" under top of soil.
Soil is 4th gen recycled 80/20 top soil / MG potting mix.
Lights: Veg- 4"x2 LED hypertough (Walmart) shop light. (Hung within 2" of veg canopy) (light cycle 18/6)Also have 400w cmh option for when plants get bigger.
Flower- 400w hps. 6" sun systems reflector vented hood. (Currently not ventilated)
Tower air purifier/ fan combo on the ground blowing across the plants.
9" desk fan mounted in the corner blowing across big light.
Currently fed with a 3tsp per gal mix of FoxFarm Grow Big liquid fertilizer every other water. Will phaze in blooming helpers as needed.
Watering schedule : full soak every 7 days (or as needed)(mostly as the plants tell me they need it)

Orange bucket- fem. auto white widow
Yellow bucket- fem. auto white widow
White bucket- bag seed photo black momba (topped at 4th node in day 26)

Only posting day 30 pics for now and will keep up from here. If you request I will post earlier pics but don't want to dump 50 pics on my first post.

Please keep in mind I am on a rather tight budget, so if I'm not doing something "the way I should" please be nice lol. I will take all the info and criticism you provide and use it as knowledge moving forward but I'm currently finding ways that work for me in my particular situation . This is my 4th grow so hop in and let's go!

I have other space available to use and am about to start work on a space under the basement stairs for just veg. (I will include a picture of the veg cubby before the work began and will post a picture again once it's finished.)
I'm not too worried about the timing on this grow because I think I actually did something right for a change lol. Once my two autos begin to flower I will remove my other little lady and put her in the veg room to keep going for a while. By the time my autos are ready to be harvested my other plant (small bush at this point) will be ready to start flowering. At least that's the plan lol

Just took these today and as you can see I am battling a bit of a gnat problem. My DE didn't seems to work as well as I'd hoped. So instead of waiting for shipping I just went to Lowe's and got a pack of fruit fly traps and that sticky log. So far the sticky log is winning and helping a ton! (Only -$4 for the log) I had to raise the light a smidge off the top of Orange because she was trying to grow through it lol. Explosion of growth this week after feeding on Monday. They are still quite heavy so I'm going to let them go for as long as it takes for them to dry out. (Let the roots chase the water and grow deeper )

That is the question honestly. I grew that from the same bag seed I'm growing this photo from. I was told when I got the bud that it was black momba and man was it some killer stuff! So yeah I'm going with black momba lol

This was another of the same seed batch. I generally grow 2-3 at a time with something new

I won't be training the autos but the photo I will tie down the branches as it grows in every direction as a form of LST. Probably top her 4 times I hope

I didnt train my last 2 autos due to how small they were going into flower. I hated how that top cola was too close to the light while the 2nd levels and lower were experiencing light deficit

I'm going to try a horizontal grow next I think. Keep the main beam at one level across the bottom and that way everything becomes a "top". Time will tell through trial and error I suppose

Update! The autos are doing well and starting to bud out! I always have one that grows taller for some reason lol. I still have them under 18/6 and the temps are 72-55 and humidity 47-50%. Little higher than I'd like but it's still alright.
The photo (black momba) I just topped her again and applied some LST. the next morning she had already uprighted everything I tied down! I created the veg room under the basement stairs to continue her and her friends in and she seems to be loving it! Low and slow
