I went to mine the other day. Our dentist has gone above and beyond what our basic guidelines call for. He installed a hepa filter system within the central air system, enclosed all the rooms, three step process to enter the office including temp check, mouth gargle when you get into the room and every room is cleaned after each patient. Even after all that the dentist contracted covid and he's off for a while now. I don't know if he got it from a patient but the virus is everywhere no matter how much care you take. Where your mask, wash your hands regularly, stay 6' apart and go out only when you need to. That's the best way to stay safe.My dentist actually cancelled my appt. a while back,(which I would've done if they didn't) they said they were having trouble getting PPE ...I think the hygenists just don't want to be diggin' around in someone's mouth right now...can't say I'd blame them for that...
