Wow Canna, things are progressing so fast in there! You are going to harvest before me! I am very impressed with how things are going. We need to re-think ProfessaCanna, and consider MasterCanna, MC for short
I can't wait to see the pots you make. I am very happy with the fabric pots, and am finding they dry out much more evenly. They are just a bit tricky to water, I am liking Lester's method of watering a little, then watering the rest. I was quite surprised how hard it is to find 'how much' water to give. I found something Johh705 had posted a while back, and he said 8-10 Liters for 7 gal, so I did the equivalent for a 5 gal (~5.6L) and I think that was still a bit much, despite that I went with the 8 rather than the 10 for my math. Maybe when the soil is more established this would be the right amount. I got decent trays (flimsy) for about a buck each at my local lumber store. They have the more rigid ones, but I wanted a little flex just to be sure they all fit.
In that first pic you posted the plant in the bottom left corner looks like it may have a bit too much N. It should go away in a few days. In general the Sativaish plants seem to tolerate less nutrients. Like my plant TigerLilly had that same claw look throughout the grow pretty much. It should sort itself out for you in a couple days, but I just wanted to mention it.
+Reps for some lovely flower pics (The males too)!
