Candy Canna Multi-Strain In Candyland

is it degenerative disc failure .. ? sorry trolled through the thread and could not find ..

that super super sucks. my uncle got it from driving road buggy, building highway, and from driving farm equipment. it might have a genetic component as well . he wound up alcoholic partly from it, though he staved that off for years ... :(

cannabis sure could have helped there in an enlightened environment.

have read about one person who work did through it - did a whole lifestyle change, but involved mega fitness. if i can recall who it was i'll send a linky. my friends ex has it and also did ok with a super healthy fitness regimen. mostly yoga based, but also some weight training. she did not stay disciplined, and slid real fast though.

neither of them "repaired" the problem. they just strengthened everything else surrounding.

topicals can help with pain mgmt. :)

really hope you work it out.

Oof. I can't imagine the discomfort you and many others here face on a daily basis. I sure do hope this next step is the one too Candy.

Don't worry about the update. They are in good hands. Although I am excited to hear about the 'good changes' in the garden so maybe just a small update when you're up for it. ;)
All's well here thank you.
:green_heart:
:thanks: I’m gonna get the update on here tomorrow, was gonna do it today but my floors told me they needed cleaned so that was my atta girl for the day until dinner! :green_heart:
:thanks::love::hug:

So very sorry to hear about your uncle :(and you’re right cannabis would have definitely been a better option without a doubt! Very thankful it’s legal here now and finally getting the positive recognition it deserves.
I do have Degenerative disc disease in my cervical and lumbar with 2 small herniations in my lumbar but the doc doesn’t think that’s what’s causing the severe squeezing around my rib cage. My Neurologist and pain management doc thinks it might be neuropathic in nature and my rheumatologist is thinking it’s Ankylosing Spondylitis. On the 31st pain management is going to do a 7 day trial run on me with a spinal cord stimulator and if it works then he will do the permanent implant the following week. I’m normally a very active person, love the gym and yoga just haven’t been able to do a lot of the different moves and techniques as the pain has honestly just got me discombobulated. I’ve had two children natural and can take an 8 hour tattoo but this pain has been something else entirely. Thank you for your input and for stopping by and definitely send me that link if you can find it!

Wellllll darn....I was hoping to give a great update tomorrow but instead when I was getting the drip pan out from under Candyland something caught my eye and low and behold she has hermied :( They were pretty much all on lower branches and in what I call the armpits. I think I got them all but I’m sure I missed one somewhere. I misted water when I pulled them. There was well over a dozen:eek: I don’t know what to do.. I don’t want to cull her but I don’t want my other girls getting any action....Her feeding was light and I got that back on track but other than that I don’t know what else could have caused it as she is perky and looks happy and VPD has been within range ...She looks a lil disheveled in the pics after I was hunting for nanners. She’s only on day 27 of 12/12  Any feedback on what y’all might do if it were you would be super helpful

That's a tough one- the only real sure way to keep her from pollinating herself and others is, minimum- get her out of there and let her finish alone, (but where?) or harvest her now and hope for the best- I only say this because there's sooo many nanners- if it were just a couple, I'd say pick em off as you find them...but she appears to be producing more than you'd be able to keep up with.
Actually, even if there was someplace to move her to, you wouldn't want that pollen floating around in the house, because it can easily end up everywhere you don't want it to be, and really mess things up
That is a bummer... and there's no painless answer.
Very sorry this had to happen to you.

Thank you that’s really what I needed backed up  It is a super bummer as I was realllllly looking forward to her but sometimes I reckon it’s not meant to be...sucks nonetheless but you’re absolutely right!:lot-o-toke::thanks:
Sometimes it could be bad genetics. Who was the breeder for the Candyland?
:ciao: Garden of Green is her breeder..Wish she would have at least made it to late flower.

Dang. I’m sorry CC. I commiserate, this has happened to me before too, but for me, it seeded my whole tent. The weed from it was still good, but the truth is, seeds suck. It’s so early into flower, and that looks like a lot of nanners, I’d wager that’s poor genetics. If it were me, I would get rid of it. :( Sorry CC

Thank you chicka and sorry you had this happen to you too before! :hug:I’m hoping nothing was seeded but with all those nanners I’m sure something was..I’ll have to get in there tomorrow and clean the tent real good! Surprised the heck outta me all them nanners  I got all of them off I believe but the lights had went out before I made a decision so I’ll be chopping her down at first light. I did mist her down with water, especially her armpits. She was starting nice dense colas too:lot-o-toke:

I have the same seeds so I'll run them down the road and see if it happens to mine as well.
:thanks: I have one more seed, I’m thinking about running her again possibly on the next run. Just depends on how well this run turns out.

Hey CC, I hope you’re having a good day.
I’m wondering, looking at it in hindsight did you notice any vigorous growth or anything different about that Candyland? Lol, now I’m totally side-eyeing my garden of green sour tangie..

:thanks: :hug:I hope you have a great day too!!
I didn’t notice anything off with her at all actually she was one of the perkiest which is why it was such a shock to me!:hmmmm: It’s funny you mentioned the Sour Tangie from Garden of Green cuz that’s where mine is from too and I was just about to do an update cuz her buds look off to me but I could just be trippin..which is totally possible:laughtwo:

:ciao: Update time! Yesterday was pretty crazy a lot of distractions but got all the chores did!
I chopped Candyland whole after I took all her fans off, she didn’t get the Bud Wash as tradition but she got a heavy misting from the spray bottle. She’s hanging to dry in the guest closet. 4x4 was also cleaned and the room was vacuumed. Now onto the rest of the gals
KKF has some leaves concerning to me, I did do a slurry test on her and at 30 mins it was 6.1 at an hour it was 6.0. So within range. All of the 4x4 has had only 2 feeds of the 6gr/g. They all have what looks like to me a slight lil bit of tip burn, but I took some pics so if I’m wrong please let me know.
Killer Kush Fast

Wedding Cake

Liberty Haze

The pics got all mixed up in the gallery so whatever the caption says of these next few are what’s what

Next up is the 2x4 gals on day 11 of 12/12
Super Silver Haze seems to be doing well I do see some pistils really starting to come out.She has two leaves that have some what looks like rust on them noticed them a few days ago and she is starting to slightly yellow on her bottoms so she’ll get a bump on her next feeding as she’s only on 4.5gr/g

Next up is Sour Tangie..Overall she is healthy needs a bump in feed but her buds look off to me and I really don’t see pistils..I mean I think I saw a few possibly but the way she is building just looks off to me..Probably trippin but the way things have been goin lately nothin will shock me :laughtwo: Here’s some photos sorry so many just trying to capture what I’m goin on about.

I’ll be doing the update on the veggers in another post. Thank you all for your support and for stopping by! :peace::love::Namaste:

Veggers update! The gals are all veggin along. On 8/14 I topped Alpine Star and GSC, on 8/15 I dropped Bad Azz OG Cheese (seedsman) and Sour D (New Guy 420) . On 8/18 the new gals broke thru late in the day but weren’t upright yet so I called day one 8/19. On 8/17 I topped CK & Blue Cheese. I transplanted ASP, GSC,CK, & BAC into 5 gallon fabric pots of Promix BX with added extra perlite yesterday. Bigger girls are still on 2.5gr/g which I may increase to 3gr/g possibly on the next feed. The new babies are on 2gr/g.

Thanks for stopping by and I appreciate everyone of you!I hope you are all well and wish you all peace, love, & happiness! :peace::love::Namaste:

Hmm, that does look weird to me too. I have no idea why, but it does look off. :hmmmm: It’s too early on for it to be seeded, right? Was it even in the same tent as Candyland? Just trying to make a guess here. Speaking of Candyland, what are you gonna do with it after it dries?

It does look off dont it! It was in a completely different tent then the CL. Since CL was so early I have no idea what I’m gonna do with it..probably dry it and give it to the boy to see if it does anything for him...with the ST honestly if I didn’t think I saw a few pistils it almost looks like a male..supposed to be feminized seeds.

Hi Candy,
the tip burn I don't believe is from the high nutes but lack of Mg in the plants. My suggestion would be to back off the MC again to 5g and give 5mL of calmag and see if the uppers green up. You can see the interveinal chlorosis on most of the leaves indicating a lack of Mg.

:thanks: I was thinking cal or Mag and remembered you wrote something before about the tips but couldn’t remember exactly what it was! Any thoughts on the Sour Tangie and the odd buds?

I've tried finding other grows that are at the same stage but nothing really defines what I see there. Honestly I don't think it's much other than a weird developing flower. Maybe it will be more defined as it grows out but those fuzzy hairs I've never seen before.
