What do you do with every other node that goes up and down rather than side to side?

Also did more defol. Got it all out of the way in 1 trim

Thanks Med! I was pushing my luck before but now i'm a bit more gentle and its getting harder and harder to keep the main arm down since its so thick lol. Its kinda working its way diagonally but i'm ok with that.

Later today when the lights kick back on, I'm going to install more wire hangers and form a grid under the plant for easier attachment points. Just planting the green wire into the coco isn't strong enough anymore, the main arm is just pulling it up.

Thanks LA! Also have you ever grown Amnesia Lemon? I was wondering how well it did in training. I'm interested in using your Tutt Style with that next. But the Tutt Style looks crazy in the pics i'm not quite sure what all is happening lol. But i'm gonna give it my best shot and see what happens.

I was just skimming through the photos to understand it.. At first I was like oh ok just bend things down keep it trimmed and opened up, then I get lower I start seeing criss crossing branches and I starting getting confused lol. I'll dig deeper into it later today to see if I can get a better understanding.

Its just top once at say seventh node. I remove first 1 or 2 anyway as not great structure. Then just spin the plant on its axis so limbs dont over repeat. Then you train all limbs out horizontal and this promotes secondary growth to shoot for the canopy.
You keep this up until a few weeks before flowering and then let build vert. Then just use tucking of leaves and keep growing tips clear for development :)
