Well the stretch is still going at about 8 in in the last 5 days switched her to 11/13 to see if I can slow her down as she is about 4 ft now and I have about 16 in left to adjust the lights. This KA5H is taking a lot of nutrients with not showing any side effects.....

My outdoor started to rot yeasterday, nothing but overcast coming and the daylength dieing. The whole issue goes to the worm bin today. Got a bit of ascthetic out of it so not a total loss. A hemp processing plant was recently built here and looking for farmers to convert for hemp instead of silage. Can't help feeling that they would be better off feeding cows.

Just cut the rot out and keep on keeping on.
I know it sucks but some of it is likely still salvageable.
I'll probably lose a third of my harvest to the stuff... but still better than losing it all.

Luckily I have indoors that is my go to or i would try to save some. This year has even been tough on autos. Can't help feeling the whole plant is infected with rot and it's just not expressing itself? Really into worms and composting so nothing goes to waste. Some of the more compromised hardwoods are changing color already and a good indicator of how bad the season is.

You have the right idea with getting rid of the bud rot plants, The fungus spores are threw out the plants fibers now...

Those spores are pretty much everywhere. We're breathing them in constantly.
They're basically the same spores that cause your fruits and veggies to grow grey mold.

I don't think budrot is systemic but I've heard that maybe WPM is. Not sure tbh.
Anyway, I'm not suggesting anyone smoke moldy weed,
instead I'm just implying that with enough luck and persistence sometimes the spread can be controlled -
even if just for a few weeks to help push plants to the finish line. Some members here have some antifungal recipes.

Cheers.

Look what i got from Canuck Seeds FREE for the comparative grow contest by Canuck

you guys signing up for the contest?

That's a nice haul. Looks like Lee is making land so time to gear up my grow for a generator and battening down the hatches. My winter grow is planned already but the Cannuk thing is a great deal you got!

are you surviving the storm?

KA5H plant has 2-3 stems with 3 fan leaves every node with 3 buds at the base of these fan leaves. Never seen this before. Wondering if this would increase the size of the cholas? I guess we will see....

I hear you! My 3 outdoor are 100% loss. I have to baby my 2 indoors due to PM. So far, keeping it at bay its alot of work. These indica autos should have been finished after 8-9 weeks. On the ninth and they just started turning amber. Using safers with a soft tooth brush and the citric soluition.

Gonna take a break for a few months, Will have enough of indica and sativa to last a year. Was gonna hash the outside 3 but that is out of the question now.

SHIITY YEAR FOR US WEATHER WISE.

Can't grow coffee or bananas outdoors either ........... don't know why I try weed. :) Just about now the mites will be trying like hell to get indoors. No end to it. Really is about one of the worse years for rot i've seen ......almost as bad as politics.:laughtwo:
