I get a "K" def. in mid to late flower. Doubt that mixing nutes that way has anything to do with that. I just got a liter of Terpinator 0-0-4 to solve that issue.
I see interveinal chlorosis and distorted leaf margins and rotated leaves. I'm gonna guess it's early stage zinc (Zn) deficiency. As to why, could be related to pH. Also apparently first addition of a lot of phosphorous can cause Zn lockout. You could feed Fe, Zn, Mn... because those deficiencies are often found together. It's possible the chlorosis is because of magnesium deficiency as others have said, but it looks more like Zn to me.
