Can you clone lower budding sprouts?

Yes. For sure. How long have they been flowering? Just clone normally and keep it under 18-24 hour light and it will reveg, if it’s a not a auto. If it is an auto you might as well leave it on the plant cuz by the time It roots the flower Is still trying to grow while your trying to get it to grow roots. Not a stupid ? I’m playing with grafting rn. I wonder about grafting a auto on a photoperiod root stock? How would that turn out?

If you graft an auto to a photo the photo will still be photo the auto will still be auto but will the graft take in time for the auto to flower normally that is the question.

Just a note***

I’m going to snip the 2 lowest branches anyways, all they will be is popcorn if I leave them. So I’m going to try to clone them just for fun/ learning experiment.

here’s my plan-
Snip, dip, and put in solo cups with solo cup on top for a dome. What temp should I do this at?

Do be so sure about those bottom branches if they get the light they need they can and will hit the canopy.I do it all they time without bending or topping.

Ok now you have my mind going... so what if I put my lights at an angle, and tie off the plant at the top... and then bend it to 45* So the light would be focused to one side of the plant... then net and train all branches to one side.

this removes the 90* stress on the stalk (which I would almost guarantee would stun the plant less.) Most branches seem to come of the stalk at about 45* anyways (with hardly any stress on the plant...)

what you thinking about my high idea?

Ok then... I’m f- ing interested. Didn’t realize I’d be at university tonight. These guys definitely appear to be pot heads (in thinking.) I’m going to make popcorn and watch this and read about it.
