Please know you are loved, that you can stand on your own, that you can overcome anything life throws you - it's all in how you look at it. Take a deep hit, a deep breath, let the pain flow out when you exhale and consciously choose to see a positive outcome with each inhale. Take as long as it takes to get there, but get there you will. Believe.

Also, don't run from the pain - let it flow through and out. It's there to teach you a lesson - learn from it as you let it go and it will go much faster.

Hello everybody

I had a good nights sleep... More crap today, but drew a line... It had to be done, for my sons sake and welfare... My sanity aswell..

Still not great.... But better-ish.... Went shopping and ate, so thats better...
