It is such a momentous time. My first ever grow.my plant is thriving, she has gained more height and width this week also. She is still getting enough light, now at lowest point of cabinet. Her little friend la diva is coming along well too. A lot more leaf development on her, especially around the stalk, unlike the auto#1.
Im dying to post a pic, but i shall wait until she develops some more.. To get clearer pics... Maybe just to tease you all a little
I have noticed that the La diva has got a few pistols too now..,
Kinda manic at the mo but i shall get pics done soon.
Seems to be loving the last water and feeding. I used approx a litre between the two, i have diluted the remaining mix back upto 1.5 litres. All ready for next time. My mixes are kept in a cool dark place until needed.
It's very easy to edit a signature to update a link, but I don't know how to change a thread title. You might have to PM an administrator for that bit. If you know a super secret way, please share.
Okay here we go....i decided to tease my followers no longer
To start of with, i introduce La diva...she has grown alot since last pictures and has started to throw out pistils..
And now Auto#1.... She has also grown well since last time.. And the lovely lady has also produced pistils..
As for the cabinet i have turned the 200w dual spectrum bulb around a bit. Now the red side of the bulb is pointing down and the blue is towards the mirror..
Fed and watered the girls last night.just in time for the big girl, came back from pressie run n shopping, to find the bottom 2 fan leaves a tad droopy... Not withered but definatly " a lazy lob-on "...
Gave her about a litre of nute mix. Had run off. Fed that other plant and added another half litre of water. Very little run. Within the hour she was recovering. Checked this morning and all back to normal.. Happy days!!!!
The flowers are forming nicely. The top of main stem is looking awesome. Lots of activity.
Will be offline for a few days.
So to all contributors of my journal. I wish you all a very merry xmas and a happy new year.
Whatever you upto, have fun and enjoy the festivities
I'm not too sure about the twisting at the leaf tips. I see this on my plants often, but only on the newest 1-2 nodes of growth. Seems it goes away when the leaves get a little larger.
I'd like to attribute it to growing pains, but I'm really not sure. I'll ask around.
Hi dresney... Thanks for input, as you say just on the very top new leaves.
The girls are definately getting thirsty now.. I think the next few waterings will be tank water and no gravel hoover.... The worm castings should provide extra nutes..
Im thinking of topping up the compost level too. Will to it after pot dries outsome more.
