Buds Buddy Does DWC: Critical 2.0 For The 1st Time

The Rust spots haven't spread at all. Maybe because I raised the light ... not sure.
Not sure what was going on with that bucket of nutes. It read 978 ppm with 6.4 pH today. The water looked a milky / dirty yellow & was foamy looking like soap bubbles. I just changed the nutes & rinsed the buckets a few days ago. The other plant / bucket is fine.
Anyway, switched out the bucket with new nutes. Now at 790 ppm & 5.8 pH. Let's see how things read in the morning.

Leaves look pretty dark green. You said new growth is kind of deformed / twisted & burnt tips. I'd say you are feeding too strong of nutes. I see some puffiness in the leaves also which means you are over watering. At the size they are I wouldn't feed more than 2 grams of MC per gallon. When you up your nutes, do it slowly. I usually increase by .3 gr. at a time for the 1st 2 - 3 weeks. & then start upping it by .5 gr. after that. Once you get to about 4.5 gr. you have to really watch to see how your plants react. Some plants don't need more then 4.5 gr. some need more. Have to watch color & new growth at this point.
Your plants don't look all that bad. They'll straighten out pretty easy.
I dont use any nutes, just water, so i guess im overwatering? Leaves are kinda heavy, so how long should i wait till i water again? About a week or two?

When they are that size I feed about 36 - 48 oz. every 3 days. Once they start drying out in 2 days (because they got bigger & drink more) then I'll feed more (like a 1/2 gal. per plant). Right now my plants are all at least 6 weeks old, maybe more; so I'm feeding a gallon per plant every 2 days.
Easiest way to tell when to water just by looking at the plant is by looking at the leaves. If they are starting to hang limp it's time to water. Other than that I go by the weight of the pot.

Well bucket was at 760 ppm today so it dropped a little over night. The pH went from 5.9 to 6.4 which it's done every time after a bucket change. Took about 1/2 gallon to top off bucket which brought ppm up to 792. Looked at buds through mic & 90% Cloudy / 10% Clear. Hairs are about 10% Orange.
The other plant is starting to frost up now. Her buds are kind of thin though. Not like the short fat buds on the other plant. Hopefully they'll still swell some.

What if some leaves are hangin limp and some are looking like theyre loving the lights lol

Bugs ? The start of a def. or Tox. ? Fans blowing too hard toward the bottom of the plant ?
Thank you stormblessed, ok, so ive used neem oil once i started to see the spots, fans are blowing perfectly, and oscillating i have refrained from watering for about three days now, soils still wet at the first knuckle, ive mixed my soil 50/50 perlite and soil, and i didnt have any issues with the last grow with the same mixture so idk whats going on, the only thing different than my last grow is the water im using, before i used nothing but fiji, noe im using just tap water, no modifications, i know its probably too chlorinated but im trying to put it off till i find out the genders, then i plan on switching back to fiji for the female(s) and trashing the male(s) ive had the toppings in water bottles in a separate room and theyve been doing fine, no rooting yet but they have been growing, i havent seen any balls but theyve been growing for about a week and a half so far, but that arent having any spotting at all

What soil are you using ? Did it already have perlite in it ? I would think it would need water faster with all the perlite you used. Most people use 30% perlite when there's none in the mix at all. I don't understand it not drying. I'm thinking your pH is way off & your plant isn't drinking.
Do you let your water sit out for 24 hours to gas off some chlorine ? I do this with all my tap water.
My tap is 7.6 pH but once I add the MC it usually ends up 6.6 - 6.8 pH. Then I pH to 6.4 just because.
Post a pic of the plant.

Well I've been working all week so haven't had time to do updates. Probably wont get pics up til the weekend.
Anyway, I chopped the 1 Critical in DWC. It's hanging in the closet drying. Nothing to write home to mom about. Probably around 3 oz. off that one.
The other one is much bigger & the buds are in the swell so we'll see how she does. From what I hear 2 - 4 oz. is about the average for Critical. They say it's a potent strain, but has low yields.
Looking forward to 12/12 on the 5 soil girls. They are getting pretty good size. I'll be stripping the bottoms & the weak stuff off over the weekend in preparation for flowering.
I'll get some pics up then.
