It doesn't bother me I can weld in the rain . It's the health and safety officer's that won't let me do it . They deem it unsafe . Yet I can weld under water With the same equipment . Go figure that

Yeah that's right mega bucks . I can charge 80 pounds a hour for structural welding in houses for extensions and loft conversions . I worked underwater welding for a oil exploration company but gave it up as soon as I started because I couldn't stand being away from home I think I did 4 hours work and was away for four day's mainly traveling to the job . Drive up to Scotland a ferry to the Orkney islands and a helicopter to the rig it was good but not for me . But I was on 142.50 an hour all the time after getting on the ferry . But money isn't everything . Health and family happiness is more important
