A quick photo update of the flowering girls and the veg girls . I couldn't spend much time with them as my daughter is on her way home with a friend . But I'm thinking they all look ok and I've tied the big tall one up as she just wants to lie down . So Hubble bubble has two yo yo's holding her upright :) in the week they have drank about 12 litres of nutes between them

You said it welshy  have you got your phone sorted . I'd be lost without mine . I can't use the lappy top thingy :) I'm having a nice chilled Sunday and thanks Dusty . And a very Good day to you all :)

na phone is f**ked mate so have to wait to get a new/used one...i only ever uses my phone for browsing really so missing it like mad ...

I couldn't do without my lappy, it's the 1st thing to get switched on & the last thing to get switched off. I'm useless with my phone & just use it to check twitter when I'm on the ....... :)

I use my phone for everything these day's . I've never ever liked using the lap top or any other form of computer . My elder three brothers are all tech geeks and all work with computer things . I bash thing's with my hammers  so I would be totally fcuked without my phone and have to ask my little girl how to turn on the damm lap top :)

I've just popped my beans ww x bb into root riot cubes . I've made a little box to give them a quick scuffing . I lined the box with 2000 grade sandpaper put the seeds in and gave them a quick shake not for long at all . Once I opened the box my heart sank slightly one of the beans has completely come out of it's shell the others don't look to bad . I've popped them all into cubes . I've never used root riots for beans before and only used rock wool cubes . Do I handle them just like rock wool or do they dry out faster or need to be used slightly different . Any help would be appreciated :)

Root riots are similar to rockwool. Don't get them too wet & re-moisten when they start to go paler in colour. If you gently squeeze the top & a bit of water is visible with 1/3 compressed, they're perfect :thumb:

And I can testify; After following this advice from Skunny I'm at about a 95% success rate. Only lost one bean.
