After becoming a member here, I raised my sights and am looking for improvement with each grow. After reading posts about nutes, pests, harvesting, and curing I am a much better grower now than I was a few short months ago. The difference for me now is the fact I have the time and limited resources to grow a better grade MMJ. I am seeing improvement in most areas of my process. I still seem to be hit and miss with the bucket cloner for some reason...? All in all things are looking very good and it's all because of the info gleaned from this website! Right on 420! :cheesygrinsmiley:

I'm sure nothin new, but I added 1/10 teaspoon hormex concentrate to my cloner/ 10 gal water, and while they only have bumps today, the entire portion below the collar looks like a teenagers chin! I have to go back and check my journal to see how long they been in there.

I have been using Clonex Gel and Rooting Solution...I think my gel isn't any good for whatever reason...I haven't seen anyone post something about shelf life, storage, etc. of cloning gel..so kinda flying blind. :cheesygrinsmiley:

stupid question, when you did use your gel for making clones, did you dip directly in the container or did you take a portion out to use?
reason asked and I dont clone. but I have read that you either can contaminate the unused part and or make it degrade faster.
dont worry that is the last of my brain cell this week so there should be no more stabs at intellect this week:)

re: Boomer444's 2013 Indoor & Outdoor Grows

I've reveged buds before. I've even taken clones of lower buds. It takes a LONG time, but they will root and reveg. There is one cool thing about though. They become bushy monster plants. It's almost like every calyx in the bud spawns a new branch. If someone had the space and patience, I could envision a perpetual where you bud a clone, reveg it, then flower the bush. It would probably be slower than just vegging the original clone more, but the bushes from reveged plants are pretty cool.

re: Boomer444's 2013 Indoor & Outdoor Grows

The stuff I mentioned was used in pro industrial like situations, and we used it til it was gone. They changed the configuration of it, we used to have different concentrations for different applications, now it's called concentrate and you vary the exposure per variety of plant, I just leave it in there for a little bit and go for it. I have only had six cuts ever fail, all at the same time, same batch....I think it was too cold, and I rooted...or tried to root those in soil. After the aero was working , I never think of rooting in soil anymore, establishment is about the same, but I don't have to look at the half dead, wilted, sorry looking cuts anymore...LOL. I was two weeks to planting a soil rooted cut, ten days worst case scenario with the aero, since I added the hormex, IDK if the 90% humidity helps or not in the dome.

I think my gel got contaminated...shoulda read some more before cloning...I have had successes and more recently failures...time to replace the gel:cheesygrinsmiley:On order as I speak.:cheesygrinsmiley:

I have harvested, revegged, and harvested again..not huge but acceptable. :cheesygrinsmiley:

I have used and not used a humidity dome in root plugs or rockwool with success with the dome...Aero no dome...50/50 success ratio :cheesygrinsmiley:

if you watch the plant close enough..you can catch it going into flowering mode..then put it under cfls for 24/7 and buds won't form..only new growth leaves will have one blade...
I love seeing the mutant reveg leaves do their thing:cheesygrinsmiley:

re: Boomer444's 2013 Indoor & Outdoor Grows

In the tent tonight and I am sure the girls are really liking the extra light. All the girls are packing on the weight with thick, white pistils and empty spaces are being filled.. The tent is gonna be pretty full really soon. I am going to hold off a little longer with pics so that you will see the changes I am beginning to see. It is day 34 since flip and I am very pleased with my five girls... looking for the best results indoor ever...I won't even hazard a guess where the weight will go, but quality is much more important than quantity.. nice to have both though:cheesygrinsmiley:

re: Boomer444's 2013 Indoor & Outdoor Grows

Sounds good to me Ho'z!!
Do you know rough flowering time for your girls? My last C99xPR s had upto 75 days.. That sucks, Im hoping Lucy will be a little more this side of 50 days??
Your set up is great IMO so I would try to let em go as long as it takes, and yes - I rekn youll have some PHAT NUGS too my friend:) Fingaz crossed for the final weigh in and hope its some bomb smoko too!!
Ive been tokin this Strain since I pulled her daily , and im still not immune to its effects - So that says alot, some still has a slight hay smell to it, but now as its curing its getting a more even smell of what she was like at harvest - nice and piney.
A few ppl have sampled it not knowing it was mine and they ALL acted like they were heappy so that was reward enough.. I thinkin youll have some epic ganja soon bro.. All the best, Smokemup:thumb:

Not sure of flowering times since I have 4 strains in the tent, and have had the MMMF take as long as 90 days. The Sour Diesel, the Blue Widow, and Jorge's Diamond 60 to 75 days I think. I think this is gonna be my best indoor ever.:cheesygrinsmiley:
