You have 3 lights in 120 cubic ft of space. I bet she does get a little warm. Is there any way you can create a lung room to pull air from? What I mean is, pump AC(either by central air or window AC) into a neighboring room and then draw that colder air over your lights instead of pulling in 90* summer air through your window to try and cool them.

Yea FIED 3 but remember chambers are seprate and im just trying to keep 400 bulb heat off the top of my canopy, but No im in a 1 bedroom but I only run my flower chamber at night and veg 18/6 starting at 12pm but I think the size of the reflector I think is my issue here need to purchase one but one heat will completly leave but has to cover say 5 feet with one reflector with.22 inches being widest one way and how big of a reflector long ways to cover 5 foot in inches par say? But I know nights will be warm but even 80 degree air going across my bulb constantly and being completly forced out of the chambers. Would that with a 6 inch fan pulling through it stay pretty cool hand to glass surface cool? If so the fist question would be my most important Thanks DIED AND ANYONE ELSE WHO FEELS THEY COULD HELP OR HAVE IDEAS

Plants lookingGOOD! Im happy to see you got Papaya about to flower, interestet because i currently have some Papaya clones rooting, ready in a couple of days.. Ill be putting them in flower soon as well. It will be interesting, kind a side by side in a way. Only I wont veg mine, so we´ll see the diff, gonna be fun..

You can find over sized, air cooled, sealed reflectors if you do some digging. To cover a 60" area you'd need a biggun'. A 6" fan would cool things down some(maybe even enough) but if you could somehow condition the air that's being pulled from your window and blown through your lights, it would help a great deal in the Summer.

Nice grow, Mrgivemethat. I can relate to the heat problem (note : make sure you have heat control dealt with before you add the MH lights. My MHs run hotter than the HPSs). I wound up putting a 6" inline fan in my tent and it works (at a minimum level; full speed leaves me at 78 degrees F with the MH conversion bulbs in), but the ballasts I have for some reason have panels at the ends of the reflectors. After this grow if I remove them it should allow the heat from the bulb to roll out the ends and upward where I vent air out. My intake is passive; I may change that in the future.

Mark I do have a bunch going on my flower chamber is almost full about 8 more to add, and it does make me very proud thanks for the encouragment and the rep.

VIBEZ dont be jealous if I could share I would, I am trying to get better at the pictuers 12/12 got some nice picture tips in his journal, my setup is still not complete im missing my 6 inch fan and a aircooled reflector but havent decided yet cant find one the right size so idk what im gonna do, but ill keep at it and you stay tuned THANKS FOR THE REPS
