was wwithout water for last five days so these gals sat in what they had. kinda had to take a back seat. Still dont have water to the grow area of the house. Maybe i can get parts next week lmao.

Thanks man. Its cpvc now. Lmao im going back with pex. You should see what i had to do lol. Had one union in the whole town that line was a breeze.
 
Hey Dusty, glad you're getting things back up and running. I didn't realize the other day how bad it was.
Hope there isn't a lot of leaks from the plumbing freezing up. Frozen plumbing is a nightmare on its own.

Hey brother. Our house is pretty much all electric and on a well. So no power and negative temps for a couple days bad combo... wreaked havoc on our little community.
People all over without water. I had to just cap off half the house for lack of parts. Have all the pex i need just cant find fittings. Hope to not find someone hoarding and price gouging them.

Glad your good with plumbing at least.
Wish I could do more then offer good will wishes.
If you see the Temps go back down, and don't have a main shut off valve, leave a tap on to continuously trickle water. It's not a guarantee, but makes it harder on pipes to freeze up. Just an old bush/farm trick.

Can't stand buckers who profit off others misery, hope nobody is hoarding either

Lmao I had a few leaks in my copper ( old brittle garbage) that was enough for me I sourced out the best pex I could from a plumbing specialty store and replaced it all. I live in a small bungalow so everything is pretty easy in a unfinished basement.
Hope you get you parts sourced easily enough because as you know with plumbing sometimes takes longer to get the 4 dollar part then it takes to fix it.

Thanks brother. Round here marijuana is a gateway. It leads straight to carpentry. we use drip method it works. Soon as power goes out the pump stops and no water anyway. I really feel blessed, the kids are safe and healthy dont have to start garden from scratch. Still cant find the one part i need. :rofl: the kids shower kitchen sink and washing machine all have water so we great for the meantime.

Dude we do so many remodels with copper in the slab. Kinda like say a prayer and get started, then sweating on parts with all that drywall. Shit can be nerve wracking.
I can get under the house easy just dont like to. Lol

A Generac would have been amazing to have.

Thank you brother. Im the sole provider and missing a week kills me. In more ways than one. :rofl: Durban was out of water this morning. This is the kinda shit that happens when i start worrying about b.s. money and think i gotta be elbows and ya know.
Still gotta feed and clothes them kiddos is always on my mind. Im just glad i have the work right now. I will rest today for sure. Maybe even a nap. A weed nap that is.
