this is the Spider 16, that i am trying to fix so it will be safe in the US. keeps burning up switches.

Is that a Spider10.....:)....:circle-of-love:

nope thats is the spider 16 with the switch problem. just cant see behind the thermostat there.

Nope not yet. It's a better switch. I would suggest even a stronger switch. And higher ga wire with higher temp rating and a on/off high temp controller on it. It cut down on heat and give people a safety factor that most don't have. But that's me.

Well I shut it down. After 9 hours. Here is the temp on the switch. Wires on switch are rated 150 c degrees says it on the wire.. 163 is to much for me. I think 219 is what flash point. Boiling point is what. 212. Or whatever it is. And inside a tent. With dry plants and other crap. Too much for me. I'll help test more if they like. But 163 degrees and that's little close for my home from flash point.

But back to my grow. Anyone want answers or got questions please ask.

I know but I'm used seeing fh not C. I would have to convert all that. Yeah I seen that. 163 degrees FAHRENHEIT. is burning plastic in switch. I can wait till it gets 300 degrees if you got fire department ready.

Either way 160 degrees in a tent is too high for plants. Or you growing cactus.
