Bignstrange's 4x4 800W COB LED Grow Tent - Promix - New Grower - Drop In!

I havent heard that. Thanks. Im using the survival blanket for my mylar also.

Big have you thought of watering rings? I made my own for like 2 bucks and just use a long funnel insert pour and remove.

The more I think about it the more it makes sense, it'll be my next project for sure! Thanks so much man, much love from my back and my stress levels XD

I like that. If it helps any this is what I did for my outdoor garden. It's gravity fed with ball valves to release the water from the so called reservoirs. It cost $11 for the whole kit with 6 drip emitters and all kinds of tees and lots of drip line. All you need is a 1/4" hole at the bottom of the bottle and some hot glue to seal it with.

Another great idea! Damn thanks DD, thinking of maybe hooking up that system to a Rubbermaid container so I could dump in maybe a gallon or 2 at a time? Just bring it over n keep it up on a table n let it do the work for me

I won't be sleeping tonight XD

The things u can learn here. Amazing. Such a simple things. Good shit tmd. For my future grows I really have to take into consideration this sort of thing. I don't think I'll do coco again unless I'm working in town. I think I'm gonna explore something that requires less attention.
Yeah scrog and daily feeds are tedious. I enjoy it still, but the chore aspect of it is tipping the scales quickly! I thought, oh hempy sweet less watering but Gloria needs it daily now... she just slurps thats shit right up. Was even looking sad at lights on instead of her perky self. Shes gonna need 2 a days in flower .

Lol performance growing XD takes a lot of labour I guess . it's really got me thinking about DWC sooner than later :/

Peppermint kush day 03

Not happy with humidity in the veg tent, it's been around 40 more often than not so I'm gunna go grab a humidifier that's on sale for 40 bucks tomorrow, see how it does, I find the higher humidity really speeds up seedling growth so I'm making it important! Temps have been ok around 80 which I like! I have the heat mat off and the exhaust off n that seems to be working for now, until I get the humidifier running!

Damn, I'm in love again . these ladies have so much personality, it's so much fun learning who they are and kind of catering to their individual quirks . super cute .

I'm excited about these watering ideas, I really appreciate the input! Got me all inspired .

Wondering what people would think about this;

Do you think I should top sooner on the taller branches so they grow roughly even to the edge or do you think I should train the branches out to the edge and then top them?

I'm thinking the latter just for organization but I'm open to input!

Thanks for coming thru everyone it's been a dope time chillin with all you guys n meeting some new homies!

Take it easy folks! :blunt: . .

Nice bush shots! I told you Moira would be a looker. Alecxks is looking great also. I'm sure you'll come up with something creative for feeding your lovelies. Imo I would train outwards and then top. It would help all the nodes in between get some even light. Either way I think what you're doing now is working fine for ya.

Lol they are getting a little wild . little hippy chicks XD

Yea I think that makes sense for sure, I'm into maximising light use being that I'm using led! I'm really excited about the potential they are all showing! I think as long as I stay diligent I'll be able to get a decent canopy and a respectable yield! Just gotta keep thinking about the roots! They'll be getting a nice clean watering next time to work in all the food I've charged the soil up with!

Appreciate the input DD! It's funny every time I type that it autotypes DR, you Midas well be the doctor of bush cause your ladies are thick! .

Lol I'm rambling, time for more smoke! Still rockin some blue cheese if you want some!

. . . . .

My uneducated opinion would be to train them out first, then top. Mainly because it would be easier to train those branches out before topping and I'm lazy. Either way you're golden because you have lots of time to get them in whatever shape you want them before flipping the switch.

Still a Psycho fan.

Goodmorning Big homie! I say just stick with training - look into the flux buddy you won't regret it!!

I thought about a semi automatic watering system such as these but if you grow fully organic such as I do they wont work. Eventually in flower you will need to top dress your soil and then you want it fully watered in from the top down so I stuck with the watering wand with a shower head setting on it. If you go with a watering ring I would suggest a double ring. One ring close to the stalk and one ring attatched to it but closer to the pots edge. Also each plant needs to be attatched to a manifold close to the pump. If you daisy-chain one pots ring to the next pots ring they will get successively weaker for the amounts dripping out so run each off its own line attatched back to a larger line coming off the pump.

Mornin y'all! Woke up with a headache from thinking about the watering solution lol

I actually top dress my mykos every watering so for me that's already an issue!

I'm thinking about a hybrid approach here, but I have to do more thinking and try to Keep costs down. I'm really trying to save for that second tent :3

The thing is all of these tents are in my bedroom XD so space is becoming limited. It would be sweet to do a 5x5 and set up a variation of Gees system but I don't think I'd be able to walk in between my tents if I crammed that in lol and that's no good XD I'll be looking around for parts and brain storming something that'll work for me!

Hope everyone's having a great morning so far :3 happy Tuesday!

I'm super lazy too! I think thats probably what I'll doo, it'll just be easier to manage fewer branches out then top the leading branches till the rest catch up then let them grow up and our around the edges of the pot! It's gunna be crazy when it all comes together lol

Goodmorning Big homie! I say just stick with training - look into the flux buddy you won't regret it!!
Mornin lil homie! I'll have to look into the flux some more! I think I kinda scanned past it once but I know the pictures were insane! Got lots to do today! . hope our CEO is swell .

All good points! I definitely top dress every watering so that's definitely something I'll be considering! Lol I think I'll just go with smaller pots next time too XD

Smaller pots is good. I had a 15 gal container and when it was time to move it for flower, it took three people and it almost couldnt fit through the door.

hey big, do you know if your tent is big enough to put all the 10gals on collector trays?
