So I know its early days still but how are you feeling about these Remo nutes so far?
So far I like them. I'm being reserved with my judgement, but I'll say for promix or any other soiless mix, the Remo line up should work pretty well!
Personally, I wouldn't use it for hydro, because the product doesn't seem clean enough to me. Maybe it's because I'm used to gh; but there is actually chunks floating in my velo kelp. Now I actually love the stuff and totally believe in it, but I would never run it through a hydro system without filtering it before hand. Other companies will use a centrifuge to seperate the sediment from the nutrient, leaving you with a clean solution, but it seems Remo went au naturel.
Again it's a preference thing, and I have to say the roots I'm seeing are speaking volumes to what these nutrients are doing. There wasn't one pot, when I moved them to the bigger tent, that didn't have a big mass of white roots under it. I'm really impressed that in two weeks, they filled out the 2.5 gallon pots and started swirling roots so aggressively in the trays underneath the pots!
I'm going to reserve total judgement until the end, but I would definitely say; for the price I'm seeing the supercharged kit at here, and for begginers who need an easy to mix 7 part, beginning to end system, it's worth it. I really can't wait to see the final product, I do have high hopes for it, but only time will tell how they do!
Today I watered the plants with the week 3 feed strength from the Remo schedule! That's 7 mL per gallon of micro, grow, velo kelp, and magnifical! It was 1000 ppm :/ I didn't ph it, just fed it to em! Well see how they do!
Also moved this rowdy bunch into the 4x4 under our 800 watt cob unit, so they're getting hit with uv and ir from now on, let the fun begin!
Temps about 82 and 60 rh, light 28 inches above canopy. With the high feed strength and hot environment under led, these plants should grow almost like they're under co2 , let us see!
