Dont fret Bid, yes, you CAN absolutely water cure those buds....I'm not an expert, as I've never done it myself, but from what I've seen its pretty easy....
If I remember correctly, you simply put the buds in a jar, and fill with distilled water. Not sure of the period of time to let sit, for the first time around...Maybe 24-48 hr., then replace the water. You repeat the process until the water stays clear, rather than the cloudy suff you'll get at first. Then you dry them out, and enjoy!....I'm trying to find you a good link for what you need...

Also butane honey oil is easy or even easier, qwiso hash. it takes about an hour start to finish depending on how much solvent but you probably have some isopropyl at your house and you can use the jar you have the nugs in now!

I would use a little h202 the first cycle of water cure to kill the mold.....search the forum. You can definitely make it usable.

Hey Bigirishdoode, I wouldn't smoke those moldy buds. Those spores will burn the hell out of your throat!

I've tried making bubble hash out of moldy buds like that, and the hash started to grow white fuzz, thus making it un-smokable. Don't worry though, more buds are coming soon!

thank you everybody i started a water cure,then im taking the bud and a few zips of trim and making budder, i am skeered to smoke it even after a water cure, and im overdue for doing something with my trim, no worries!!

its ok i have plenty of my rx oxycodone, just dont like how it makes me feel "zombie-effin-brain dead" and the side effects are less than desirable, but you live and learn, next time i'll make sure they are crispy!! rather that than this! i wish i had a dehydrator i had some cured in one once upon a time, it was really good,there are some that let you dry slowly,your welcome to come over and share your lovely crop!! lol j/k

so a friend of mine that has been growing on and off for years called me and was telling me what im currently growing( seeds from some he gave me a few years back)said this strain is called "papo oro'" or however its spelled,,, its a Mexican land-race that goes way way back to at least the 70s and was a high end smoke way back then and came with a gold foil label on the hand made boxes
anybody ever hear of this or should i tell him hes a dork!! lol, he also said i have not been letting them go long enough they need 10-12 even 14 weeks ,he also said they will really develop weight and potency,that im missing out on the full effect buy not waiting for these ladies to show at least 40% amber,also that its normal for them to not show any milky or amber till after the 8 week mark,
thant seems plausible to me as that has been what i have seen in the past 2 times i have grown this strain, i just figured it was one that dident go amber much, im finding new excitement with this news cuz i have not been to "blown away " with it so far,(growing it cuz its what i have) but as im told now,,im missing what it can do by taking it at the 8-9 week mark, soooo hmmm guess i have a long wait ahead,,wonder if i should get some fast auto seeds to do during the wait seeing how it may be as much as 12 weeks to go,,,
so my peeps what do you think of all this ???

Never heard of that strain but I have a bagseed Sativa Dominant that just won't finish. It doesn't seem to do anything. Its been flowering since 9/11 and still no amber and very few cloudy Trichomes. Its the best smoking plant I have too. I fear it will consume itself to sugar if I don't cut it down soon.

Interesting reading about those old genetics. We just got our hands on some legit pre-1980's Acapulco Gold beans. Can't wait to see what happens.

I would never use Auto flowering Cannabis Ruderalis phenos. In my experience, they are never really too strong. Really high CBD contents though!

i sure did and i took pictures to prove it lol!! funny think is they root faster than veg clones at least for me they do, those pics in page 1 of roots poping out of the peat pods the clones were 10 days from cut! and i forgot to turn on their heat pad for the first 4 days, my most recent clones taken 10 days ago 1 week in flower,showed roots after 5 days in pearlite!! sadly i have not taken pics honestly because i dont know if im going to keep them ,i just couldn't throw away all that good clone-able trimings without trying some out! its hard to kill my babies lol!! thank you for the positive words siscokid i have seen lots of your postings thanks for swinging by my econo/mad scientist/psyco grow!! dont be a stranger!! the more the merrier!!!!!

ok its tomorrow,the holiday kinda kicked my butt,and my disability is on a upswing,with no meds except oxy im barely making it out of bed today,BUT i must do an update for you guys the first couple are of the hudro there was questions as to wether or not my holes in my "netpot"were big enough to allow roots to get out and they have quite well in the 1st pic you can sorta see but not to good ther are some really long ones reaching down to the res and judging by the plant i think this mini hydro /dwc is working well, i did tie down the really tall 19inch tall shoot it had grown up into the refector and heat stressed the fan leaves clawish looking at the part that was under the light almost touching the 68watt cfl, i discovered that both the seeds that were my cross of the 2 strains are male,this makes me happy
and one of the hermie green dreamz is a girl,the last not confirmed but i think its a girl,,i'll post seperate pics of the from seed 4some later yup im gonna show you some balls!! and i now have to make a breeding box a.k.a. "red light district" a.k.a. "cheap motel on the outskirts of town""that rents rooms by the hour!" lol yup there will be porn!! all us bud porn aficionados can drool over!! i will document the process just cuz i can/want to!! ok my beloved 420m friends on to the pics

if you look just below the black pump u can see 1 of the longer roots also many are "fishboning" nicely

on another note i have a question,,im gonna run out of my ff nutes soon, ((one thing i dont like about this hempy hydro is im blowing thru nutes like crazy im using 5-8 times as much as i was with ffof soil)) i have gone thru about 3/4 of a quart bottle of tiger bloom since i started 12/12 im cutting back from the 4 tsp per gallon "heavy feeding" to the "general" feed of 3tsp per gal, and may go to 2 tsp and am giving plain water every other day just to get thru till i get my check on the 1st, does anyone see this as a problem? is it important that i keep giving these girls the fox farms nutes or can i use another brand? i like the ff stuff but im open to using anything that works really well, so any suggestions are encouraged but alas keep in mind im on disability with bills to pay and xmas looming so i have to keep it to 60 bones max,,if i should stick with the ff nutes what do you guys think of their other trio with beastie blooms,open sasame and cha ching? and has anyone ever used the general hydroponics "go box" or "recipe for success" kits they come with alot of stuff even rooting gel! lol sorry for all the questions but the big man needs help!!!! much love to all!!

Im unable to help with the nutes selection as iv only ever used a few diffrent ones but i have switch brands in veg with no great issues.

Looks like that netpot works good, and I can't wait for that "red light district" pics. I guess you use a heavy feeding regimen, I don't use so much...I do a nute and then 3 days later plain ph'd water and then nute again... it helps keep the salt build-up in check and the plants seem to be OK with it...not to mention saving on nutes.

BPN is really taking off in this site, maybe you could give it a go..I'm using the FF nutes too, but am about to start BPN...I put it up in my journal today.

Sisco is right. You could just reduce your feeding and you could make it last longer.
BPN is a good choice too. I would be using it too.....but the shipping cost would kill me.

One way to save money is to use some Miracle Grow nutes for tomatoes, it works too. Would save you $$. Just a suggestion...if your really pressed .
