Big problems help,clones

I germinated 4 seeds and rest like 12 didnt germinate,I left in cold place I think they got damaged because of cold I have 4 seedlings which is ok(luckly) one of each plant.If I plant 4 seedlings,and take clones from them,will clones catch up with them?

I would be hesitant to take clones from seedling....I would veg them for at least 4-5 weeks before taking a clone, but I am not very experienced at cloning.
