Hi savvage hope your back on the mend buddy, ye when I see wonky leaves or different colours my mind plays tricks lol. But this time round managing my watering better I have noticed these are bigger than my last lost and are loving the nutes so can't complain.

Take care

Hello there Bill ye doing good hows your gang doing. Are you any closer on the build? Im excited to see it
Girls are great this morning, warm.
Hit a snag on the build.
Changed plans and want to cover it in insulation board before I put on the pine siding.
Budgetary concerns have slowed construction.
Basically I need an extra grand for insulation.
Do it right, do it once.
I'm going to be using this room for a long time, I want it perfect.
So I am trying to get some hay together to finish.
The door alone is $400,00 before you buy the knob even.
I've got lights ready to go.
Just don't want to rush and cheep, out.
Take care my friend

Stay safe

Glad the girls are warm and cosy. Wise words bill you get what you pay for. Hope its a good door for that mate.

Keep your reciepts ;)

Day 14 gave the girls a dose of the silica 200ml mix for both. They should be fine for a few days now. I think the next feed will give them a nice colour back as they're lightening a bit.

Happy growing people

Pretty girls. Are you planning on topping and training? Looks like they're pushing out the fourth node now.

I always got confused counting the nodes lol. Yes mate topping and I bought some bbq skewers like @Carcass does I want to try that method with the hooks, i guess there's a first time for everything. Does the 4th node mean I can top them ?

I would wait until the fifth node is coming out to top.

Little update guys... so after giving the girls the silica mix they have drooped quite a bit I only gave 200ml each this was friday. but and its a big but I didnt ph as ive took into account conversations that have been going on about my medium and wether to ph or not. So i didn't ph last time round which i took readings anyway and they read 9.1ph and 111ppm. This was from giving 1ml potassium silica to 5 litres water. I wanted to try not ph but it hasnt worked out. So this time I am going to. Im guna give recommended schedule nute amounts so... 10ml fish mix and 2.5ml calmag to 5 litres water and maybe give them 250ml each and see how they take it.

Any thoughts and ideas are welcome.

Calmag in your plain water first 10 minutes before nutrients.
I've always ph'd until this summer.
Zero ph issues.
I don't even know what my ph is.
That's Coco and soil.
Not ph'inng P.S. won't matter at all.
No nutrients to be absorbed.
I'm perplexed what to say.
Something I've always thought I was benefitting from may not be needed.
Especially in soil.
It self regulates the ph.
Unless it's way way off then it'll be beneficial.
Did that help. Not likely.
Hope your doing well Amigo. :ciao:

Hi bill hope your well and thanks for your info. Well I was speaking with shed about ph situation on mediums and with mine which is sphagnum peat, peat moss and perlite apparantly you dont have to ph. So maybe i didn't give them enough amounts or they haven't had a lot of nutrients to feed off .not sure but they do seem to still have a nice green colour to them just drooped so probs thirsty lol. I phd it to 6.1 and ppm was 490 so they should bounce back with this feed.

Probably just close to being ready for bigger shoes. Drinking up that feed faster now. Looking good mate.
Hello there vet hope your good man. Ye I reckon so. Looks like an uppot next couple of days and get training them.
