Yea its early and im sure its nerve racking.. getting through veg is the easy part imo. Once flower hits that will be the true test to see what mgo really has to offer. I agree i dont think it will dissapoint. Cant wait to grow my own stuff organically, the taste of my synthetically grown buds is a little off but is still good enough for now.

imtoasted, I am glad you're interested in MightyGrow. Blaze, BG, and BF's girls are looking awesome. You can access my website through my signature where you can purchase products, access the feeding chart, and find out more info on MightyGrow. I would be careful using MightyGrow with FF. Their soils already contain nutrients, it might be easy to over feed them with the two combined. I would recommend a growing medium that is nutrient free when using MightyGrow. That being said, I have never seen our products used in conjunction with FF. Definitely not saying you can't do it, just warning to proceed with caution.

And it works great in the vegetable and flower gardens too! The organic nutrients, the microbes, and the minerals really help when it comes to nutrient dense produce!

BedroomFarmer is in coco and perlite
BlazinJones is in sunshine mix #4 and perlite
Bloodguy is in promix with perlite

All three have also added some dolomite lime to their mix

I have high hopes and expectations for MGO. Definitely cant wait to test and review the buds. My AN stuff was definitely very mild in smell and taste when comparing to my last harvest with organic amendments. I love AN but loving organic so much more!
 
I'm loving my first grow, which is in coco. I figured I'd move to soil eventually based on taste and appearance, but perhaps this the happy medium - the versatility of coco without sacrificing on smells and tastes.

I'm super impressed with the MGO grows early on, the progress is striking.

MGO Grows: Is it available in Canada? Is there distribution if I was to ask my local hydro shop to order it in?

Why are you changing from fabric to plastic pots ?

Just got caught up on this journal BF! Amazing. Things are looking absolutely fantastic.

Yes I would also like to know why you will go back to plastic pots? When I cleared my plants out the fabric pots the roots were absolutley insane. So many roots everywhere!

I love fabric, not really changing but i have some plastic 5ers i used to use back in my soil days. I normally do all my coco growing in 3gal pots, it allows me to get to flower a little faster and i get big plants in 3s. Ill see how they perform in 5 and if i like it then ill invest in the fabric 5s. Im sure the added veg time wont be an issue now that i have a seperate tent! With that said my original gsc xtrm grow was in 2 gal fabric pots that i no longer use. I thought they were 3 but they are 2 gal only. I had 4 plants in 2 gal pots and came out with over a pound in my 4x4 tent. Im scared to see what will happen in 5s lol

Love the fabric, they are great! Ill get some eventually im sure. Especially now that i can easily veg and flower at the same time. A 2 month veg isnt so much of an issue anymore.
 
Haha you'll love 5l mate, that's what my fabric pots are. bigger roots mean bigger buds ;)! You'll gonna get great results with them.

Ahh man your new veg area sounds amazing. I need to get a veg area sorted. It's gonna be so nice not having to worry about that 2 months of vegging, you'll have a constant supply of quality bud.

How did that other organic stuff turn out btw, did the quality of the buds measure up?
 
Growing in 5s is going to use a lot more water but im not using nutes so it doesnt make a difference. I can imagine it getting expensive and fast if i were to do that with AN. Cant wait to see the results.

The organic stuff was seeded, harvested a bit early, and dried to a crisp for oil making but some how its amazing! Ive been vaping it. The taste and smell are so much more pronounced. I swear its stronger, more potent. I thought maybe it was in my head but my wife says the same thing! I trust her because she doesnt really pay attention to my grows so that makes her the perfect tester. I cant wait to see how MGO stacks up! Its the organics! The plants are going crazy so im sure its going to be great.

Defintley going to give some organics a go at some point so I'll def be paying close attention to this journal. If the stuff you're using is good I'm hoping I can get it here. If not you will have to help a fellow smoker out if I sent you some funds ;)!

Oh yes, I remember now you was seeding them to get a bunch of seeds, did you get a load? Wow I wonder how they will turn out, so exciting. So glad it's amazing, that's what we like to hear. How goods it gonna be with no seeds lol, smashed it mate! Thats awesome you got a little guniea pig at home to test lol. I see you girls are growing like wild fire. Coco is amazing. Really can't wait to see how this turns out pal!

I get the tent tomorrow and ill get some more coco and perlite hopefully too. Home depot only had miracle grow perlite so we will see. They will go into the tent and get nice and big! I cant wait!

Its wonderful! Love just top dressing! I have an ro filter. That thing is money well spent! Hey yeah tk! Im sure we can work something out! And I got a lot of seeds. I have too many strains that i want to work with but decided on breeding my regular seeds and will finish the fems later. I have pics in the hloc thread. Loving the mgo and coco combo, thank you! Cant wait to get these girls into 5ers!
 
Got my new veg area! Still have to figure out the vent situation. Im thinking of using a 6" or 8" duct booster fan. The flower tent is sucking air from the veg as well as fresh air and venting out the window.

Have to make sure temps are stable then moving the girls over. Ill most likely have the veg tent ventilation dump into the room with the duct booster and the flower tent on its own system.
