BF Afghan Coco/Growstones Grow Sponsored By MightyGrow 2017

Very annoyed! Looks like cal def but im not sure. Seems like all im doing is chasing defs and over ferts!!! If this continues im going to be uppoting, rinsings all the stuff off the roots, and potting back into straight coco. I need a good harvest and this has been problems! Again i will be trying to fix my issue but if not theyll get rinsed off and popped into fresh coco and ill run synthetic for the remainder of this grow.

I hear you BF. You can only chase issue's for so long...And than FIX it!
WHAT will it be like once in FLOWER!
XXX-Strrrrrrike Three....Next
IF it helps, make a solid decision before you flip.
They are some solid looking girls.

Thanks guys. Not sure how im going to do this. Thinking i will check ph again and if its high ill put acidifier, if its spot on then idk what could be the issue. Maybe over fert. If thats the case then ill have to pick up some coco and get these plants to the cob tent but im also thinking of getting a bag of soil to get these girls through flower instead of coco.

Were is the major issue? New, middle, or old growth?
Overall signs you see, we Don't?
I'm sure you'll get a hold of it.
Just a shame the effort that goes with it.

Oh yeah she bushes out pretty nicely especially with some lst. I cant wait! She doesnt seem to stretch too much though so ill probably flip when the net is closer to full.

Hey GB welcome in! First impressions, i love the customer service! They have been a pleasure to work with. Everything was shipped nicely in a plain brown box and i love that everything i need for this grow comes in a total of 4 packages! Aside from some domolite lime and cal mag here and there if any at all. Very impressed and i love that its made in America! Can't wait to see what MGO can do!

I cant wait either MGO! Thank you so much for the opportunity! Hope to make magic happen here!

Hey welcome in tio! Hope you enjoy the grow!

:passitleft: welcome in BG!

Gona also be watching this one BF. You will like the all indica. I did my first scrog on one and didn't stretch to much but it did fill the net up nicely. Especially if your gona run Cobs. I'd show a pic but it won't let me for some reason. Good Luck Bro!!

I thought you was in coco ?

Looks like a cal def but not sure how because i put 8tbsp of lime so i assume its too much or its locking out again. Hmm i didnt notice. Looks to be mainly in the middle. Some in the lower and few higher up but tops look great.
I've been thinking about what this might be.
Eliminate or address this list.
pH fluctuations
Uneven moisture levels in growing media
High Humidity
Fan blowing constantly on plants
To high N P K

Common nutrients issues (with a good nutrients line)
Calsium
Magnesium
Nitrogen

Can lead to not so common issues
Iron
Boron

Calcium shows in new developed leaves-middle growth
Magnesium shows in older growth on leaves exposed to light
They are mobile elements
Hard to overdose on them but have seen lock out in peat moss with excess use.
Too much "P" can show as mag def also.
Boron is rare but, is a factor. Usually alongside other symptoms.

Anything else? Would be distinctive.
Stunted growth, yellowing, wilted leaves?

I think your fan is to close, to hard, evaporation faster than replenished causes leaf spotting on the side of the fan. You rotate the pots causing it to appear all over the plant!
ISSUE SOLVED!!!
TURN THE FAN DOWN!
LOL

Seriously I hope you figure it out.

Thanks for the help ferc! Lets see

Just adjusted ph and it may be high am about to check.
Maybe need to up the amount of water theu get and get some runoff. They have been sharing a gallon
doesnt seem out of control the humidty
Dont think its the fan.
Maube over fert.

Must be a cal issue. New growth all the way to lower middle is affected but less as it gets lower. They were stunted when low ph then shot up crazy big then stunted again. Going to check ph of runoff

Buddy, I'm thinking Boron def.
Abnormal leaf tip development,
Twisted, brown spots.
Causes? Underwatering, low humidity, improper (high) pH.
Can be a combination of Insufficient "N" or "P".
Does tend to look like cal def.
pH needs to be 5.5 to 6.2, lower is better for optimal obsorbsion.

What do you think?
Try pH lower, water to run off, raise humidity.
???

Interesting. So i just watered and between 1 to 2 liters to runoff they dont seem to drink much and had a good weight to the pots. Ill have to keep an eye on humidity seems normal. The ph was like 4.9 a few days ago but now its 5.8-6.0. Im thinking of adding amend product tomorrow and then giving some grow a bit later and see if that helps?

One more thing. Repeated spurts of stunted growth. Short durations of "P" lock out.

Hopefully when i add amend it gets better but i honestly am not sure here.

I'm really thinking all that lime you used, was too much ??

Maybe?
Organic should range at the high end of hydro pH. Better absorbed alkaline than acidic.

If you were low 4.9ish Calcium is not going to be ingested.

I would try to range pH 5.8 to 7.0 and see if there is an improvement.
Boron and manganese, low end range elements are still covered.
