Best way to make rosin - Please help

Hello

I have like a shit ton of bud shake with little coffeeshop grade buds (coffeeshop amnesia haze, no trimmings, pure bud restings) and I'm looking to make rosin from it.
I read on forums that you need to make bubble hash from it first and then press it. Or can I use the rest weed aswell? Whats the difference ?
I'm gonna buy the rosinator.

Can anyone tell me what the yield of bubble hash I will get from those trimmings? And what is the yield from the shatter I recieve from the press?
Is butane method better for yield?
You can also use pollen hash is there a difference?

With dried trim you will probably want to dry screen it and then press the rosin out of the kief.

I use bud and break it up small before putting into my bags. I press with a 20 ton press with plates I made myself. Works well.

You might want to check into a prepress mold. They allow you to get a lot more material into each press and with using trim it would probably save you lots of time doing so. Just make sure the material is not too dry. Otherwise it can decrease your overall yield.
