"Man its rough, I don't were to start or where to begin." opening line from Dr. Pepper a nutty bar that Patton Oswalt had the pleasure of seeing.
Speaking of nutty bars, I have a neighbor who is combat vet (marine Afgan/Iraq), Affiliated with the red and white, and is a meth head. The last part I discovered last night. I am thankful that I had the wisdom not to invite him into my home or garden. I have been neighborly, and kind to him since we met. Last night I caught a man lurking in the shadows, hoodie up,close to my home eavesdropping on my roomies, who were out front on the steps having a smoke. Long story short he pulled a knife asked me if I was crazy, advanced and threatened to kill me, we beat feet into the house, locked the doors and turned off the porch light. He retreated and I watched him go up to my neighbors front porch and pulled back his hoodie, it was then that I recognized him as my neighbor. I called the police and filed a report in the event that this escalates, and I need a restraining order. the officer who responded was familiar with the man in question. The officer said he is unstable, no argument from me there. Not 6 hours before I was talking with him(nutty bar), and gave him two loaves of bread( i have started a free bread handout cause the church on the corner cant give it all away on one day) Also my block has just started a Neighborhood watch network, hopefully there will be a peaceful outcome.
