Re: Beemerbill's Inside - Outside - Greenhouse Summer Grow - Autos - New Strain & Mor

Just got done with the final trim on the first two Autos I chopped due to bud rot. The bubblelicious which was small I got 16 grams. Whoo Hoo and the Northern Lights gave me 35 grams. Better than a kick in the head. We decided to take a small bud and give it a try. Nice high. Buds look good up close.

Humidity right back up at 100%... It seems you can't win for losing Bill. Mother Nature's an evil old broad.

don't say that to loud BAR She can strike any time and any place. She's pretty much the boss. :cheesygrinsmiley:

High Beemer
they do look like a nice smoke,, hope you get a break from it :ganjamon:
Love to you and yours from me an mine:cheesygrinsmiley:

Thanks jaga. Getting a break is something that I will have to work on so I don't have to worry about Mother Nature doing this to me or anyone else. Hugs to you guys:hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs::circle-of-love:

TRICHOMES!!!!! :surf: fire up, how she smokes Beemer? definitely looks so tasty resinous :thumb: :thumb:

Good day weed Lester. I bet your girls loved the rain. I know mine sure do when it does. Humidity was crazy yesterday 85% most of the day, but today it isn't real bad. right now ranges for 52% in the greenhouse, 64% in the garage and about 45% outside. the 64% in the garage makes it a little harder to dry bud but it does dry.

Good morning and good weed Beemer sorry about the PM. My Liberty Haze has just now showed balls after four weeks in flower. Not sure what to do next may I'll let 'em pollenate

Re: Beemerbill's Inside - Outside - Greenhouse Summer Grow - Autos - New Strain & Mor

Morning weed to ya Beemer
hey you more than likly know but it looks like there are some ok fungicides out on the market
Best of days to you
:hugs::hugs::circle-of-love::peace::circle-of-love:

Good afternoon weed jaga. Yup I know there are good safe fungicides, or so they say, but I've never have had any luck on stopping bud rot. If a person starts with a mold free environment is about the only way you can control bud rot. With the high humidity it's hard to control. If there is a good product for bud rot I will have to try and find it. I have sprayed in the past for mold and ended up with a lot of bud rot because the I raised the humidity around the plant for that evening and bam there it was. I wish there was a dust or something dry for control so the humidity could be controlled better with fans or dehumidifier. Oh well I will deal with it as it comes. Happy Munchday and hugs to both of you. :circle-of-love:

Good morning weed budha, with all the different strains you have I would get rid of that male. Thanks for stopping by.

Re: Beemerbill's Inside - Outside - Greenhouse Summer Grow - Autos - New Strain & Mor

Hey Bee Good Morning's Herb. It's gonna be a good day I think :) Any chance you could step out for a little Chernobyl update? :)

Love looking at that hedge :circle-of-love:

Anyway, about the bud-rot, yeah I'm afraid we're totally at mercy of mother nature. Strain choice can make a humongous difference too.

Did you try putting those Damprid moisture absorber things in the greenhouse? Dunno if it'd be worth it or help but it might. Do you monitor the humidity in there? At Home Depot they sell these "high capacity" ones which I'm using, it was 10$ and sitting in my force flower chamber.

Though, I'm not sure if it drastically lowers the humidity, atleast it offers me mental peace :Namaste:

It's been 80% RH and 80 degrees F for weeks if not months. Every time I open the force flower chamber is 75% RH and 70 F. The lowest it's gone is 66% RH in there and I'm talking months lol.

Have a good Morning buddy

Re: Beemerbill's Inside - Outside - Greenhouse Summer Grow - Autos - New Strain & Mor

Good morning weed Lester. Depending on what I have in the greenhouse at the end of the season I may cover the ground with some kind of cover and run the dehumidifier to see if I can control the moisture. I have tried the Damprid in the tent and it didn't really help alot. The humidity went down about 5% for a few days and then came right back up. I have the dehumidifier in the greenhouse but I'm not running it right now. With all the plants and having to water almost every day it's impossible to try and control the humidity. I have 4 fans running. Two exhaust and two blowing over the crop. It got hot here yesterday and mid afternoon it was 100 degrees in the greenhouse. the tomato's don't really like the fans blowing on them, hard on the leaves, but I don't have any PM in there at least. Here's a few pictures I took yesterday late. The first one is the Chernobyl

Re: Beemerbill's Inside - Outside - Greenhouse Summer Grow - Autos - New Strain & Mor

Just beautiful! And yeah I can imagine how the damprid things wouldn't do much. Tough to combat that Humidity up there. You've got the right ideas though. My hat is off to you Sir, people don't realize how treacherous the humidity can be to our crops sometimes.

And Damn those center circle plants be getting tall!!! By far that's my favorite part of the garden. Can't wait to see it in full bloom.
Nice to have a couple plants on the back patio too, don't have to walk far to see the beauty.

Thanks for the update, that last picture has an amazingly frosty leaf on there :yummy:

Re: Beemerbill's Inside - Outside - Greenhouse Summer Grow - Autos - New Strain & Mor

:thankyou: Lester and danishoes for the nice words. They are growing like crazy. I just went out and measured. The Chernobyl is right at 6' and the PGG is 9'. Getting big. I did notice that the PGG branch joints are a little weak. doesn't take much and the will pull away from the stock. I have had this happen twice to me now and it wasn't a small branch. the branch was around a half an inch in diameter. Oh well just have to think about when the colas get to be a pound each if the joint will hold.:rofl::rofl: The White Rhinos are growing like crazy also. I have to water them every day, almost 2 gallons each. The 3 autos that are left I think will do me good. Happy Munchday guys.

Re: Beemerbill's Inside - Outside - Greenhouse Summer Grow - Autos - New Strain & Mor

:bravo: A pound a COLA :surf: man thats another league.

And more than likely not in my league either butt a person can dream. :cheesygrinsmiley::passitleft:

Re: Beemerbill's Inside - Outside - Greenhouse Summer Grow - Autos - New Strain & Mor

I feel you Bee, a brother dreams too. But mos def you'll get massive yields out of them.

Just hope you can make your targeted yield, the rest is bonus!

Re: Beemerbill's Inside - Outside - Greenhouse Summer Grow - Autos - New Strain & Mor

Dreams often come true Bill. Lately since my Bloom Tent has stayed full The RH in there has gone up to the mid-upper 60's. Even if I leave the tent wide open all day when I get home from work it's still higher than 60%. I'm thinking of defoling everything in there to increase air flow.

Good evening herb BAR :ganjamon: Humidity is a tough thing to combat. You might be able to lower it a little by defoling and I would stick a fan down low to get more air flow from under the plant. You could go buy a dehumidifier and really control it. I don't worry to much when it's around 60%. It's kind of like having a 62% humidity pack everywhere. I had some buds go quite dry over winter a couple grows ago and I put it out on a table on a day where the humidity was at 65%. I think is still have some of it and it's still nice. Happy Munchday

Re: Beemerbill's Inside - Outside - Greenhouse Summer Grow - Autos - New Strain & Mor

Thanxx Bill. So as long as it doesn't hit the 70s percentile I should be good, right?
