Barneys Farm Sponsors Grow: Gorilla Zkittles, Orange Sherbert Plus Many More

Thanks Magoo! There's a couple little things which concern me slightly but for the most part it's going really well. There's not much room in the 2x4 once the tent doors are sealed up. There's some nice frost on these which I'm pretty happy about. Hope you're well my friend
:passitleft:
:passitleft:Doing well brother! Missing growing bad! Lol. But I get to live vicariously through you and all the other yayhoos around here. Sorry to hear about your loss.

Shishkaberry....

Time to get these little updates out of the way. First up we have the Shish. Short and absolutely packed is how I'd describe her currently. She's providing me with no resistance and is more than happy in this setup. She's a lighter green than the others and also has the most unique looking leaves. Pointy little razors that look delicate and thin. She really is stacking those buds. I don't know wherever or not I should get in there for one last trim as she's filled right out again. She still has that sharp and tangy fruit smell that she did before but there's and earthy hot to it now. There are plenty of trichs coming through on her and man are they sticky. I can tell that I'm going to be cursing her name during the harvest. It's going to be a glued up and fiddly affair....

Thanks man. I'm sure there's plenty of us who miss your grows as well. Those were some amazing plants you produced last round. Safety first though eh. Well I'd best show ya what else we have cooking in Prof's Lab.

Vanilla Kush....

This is the bad girl of the group even when sat next to the Shish. She just worked. Training her was easy and has produced a plant with a great structure. Her buds look really good and have a fur like quality to them. There's like a white film of Crystal that is slick to the touch covering the tops and even extending to some of the upper fans. I'm not sure what's causing it but the tips of some of her highest fan leaves are curling like elf shoes. I thought it was the lights either being too intense of too hot but I don't think it is now as I've adjusted them and the problem still persists. I'm leaning towards wind burn now as she's the tallest and it's the top leaves only which are effected. It may not be that though and could have something to do with the nutrients being too strong. Luckily it's not too bad so as for now I'll just keep an eye on it. She smells like Cheese and dare I say it, with a touch of vanilla. If all goes well then this one looks set to be an excellent yielder as she has an excellent frame to work with. She's firmed up now after being a bit wobbly earlier on in flower. Really looking forward to seeing this one at the end....

Ayahuasca Purple....
The underdog of this grow until recently it seems. She's been the smallest the whole time and has always felt she was never going to catch up. Her buds are becoming very slick and trich heavy. It looks like snails eyes with the long stalks. She has a very earthty smell and like the Shishkaberry has very sticky buds that make it a chore having to get stuck in. She's doesn't have quite as good of a structure as the VK but it's oh. I'm thinking about opening this one up a bit as she's getrimg bushy like the Shish. It looks like she'll be last to come down but I'm not concerned about that just yet. I'm hoping to see some crazy colours shine through before the end....

Purple Punch...

Another short but fat strain but this one has more than enough room to play with. She has upwards pointing leaves and looks ok generally. There are several things not quite right with her but as it's my first real go with DWC I can give myself a little leeway. I will be growing plants slightly different in the garden in the future and intend it be much nicer to them. I've just managed to get some more MegaCrop but I intend to use the MasterBlend until the end for the PP and friends to see the difference for myself. The Purple Punch stinks now. It's heavily influenced by the Larry OG at the moment and is just dank. I have no idea what to expect from her but I think we'll do ok. Maybe we can beat the POG but then again maybe not. There are a lot of budsites on her and they're filling up nicely. So far so good....

She's drinking a fair bit now. I check every day just in case lol. Her roots have wrapped up around the airstones and don't sit on the bottom of the pot so I have to be careful as she's doesint need to drink a lot before her roots are above the water level. The 7 plants in a pot are drinking 10ltrs of water every 2 days lol. How are ya buddy? Hope life's treating you fair
I’m good mate. The autos are keeping me on my toes. Nice work on the PP’s structure, that’s a proper trunk! Bet she won’t need much support.

wow , wow and some more wow mate. All looking brilliant ( expected no different prof) Impossible to pick a fave to be fair but do like the pp and shiskaberry. We could hit the autos together at this rate too. lol
A great few harvest coming your way. well deserved for managing so much fella. power to you. come.on barneys get them sent !!
peace and blessings matey

It's gonna take some heavy nugs to drag down those branches. If I need to support her towards the end then I'll be a very happy man indeed

Hey GG! We could indeed. I need to get my ass in gear and get the Autos ordered. I'm seriously debating doing a mega 10 plant Wilma grow though. My brain must hate me! If I did then there wouldn't be a problem with the watering but I'd have some serious defol sessions ahead of me. I'm both looking forward to the harvest and dreading it at the same time lol. The Shishkaberry is particularly daunting. Thanks GG

Hey 420. I've just explained over on my other thread that from monday I'll be doing alternating updates with this thread and my other one. It's basically to keep me sane and allow myself to focus on that particular thread. I'll do that throughout the week then spend some time on the weekend doing some more casual activities like exploring more of this site and visiting your threads more often. I won't feel like such a shitty friend then lol. Also I can do some better updates and not just bombard you with pics. That brings me to my next point. Tonight is just a load of pics lol. They're quite pretty though so hopefully you'll all be contented and not throw me into a volcano to appease the gods for a bountiful harvest. I removed the 4000k light and turned down the 3000k lights to around 30% and the pics look quite cool. There's a joke in there somewhere but we won't go there. It wouldn't be a bright thing to do....

Hey 420. No updates for today as such but I do have some news regarding the next round of Barneys strains which we'll be growing out. Today I sent off the pics that I've accumulated over the last month to Barneys and they offered me the chance to grow out the 2 currently unreleased strains, the Dos Si Dos 33 and the Tropicanna Banana. I couldn't resist so here's what we'll be doing next....

DOS SI DOS 33™ Cannabis Seeds
DUE FOR RELEASE LATE 2019........
Barneys Farm’s Cali Collection gets another jolt of super power with this explosive collection of terpenes fused together from some of the world’s most astounding US cannabis phenotypes.
Dos Si Dos was developed from OG Kush Breath, a knockout Girl Scout Cookies pheno crossed with Face Off OG, then crossed again with our legendary Cookies Kush (OG Kush pheno x GSC) AND THAT’S ONLY HALF OF THE STORY.
Add in a subtle blend of Gelato #33 to the pot with its star struck Sunset Sherbet x Thin Mint GSC heritage and boom! A new champion was born: a sativa burst of euphoric energy is followed by tranquility with sedative properties capable of happily tranquilizing an elephant, if you’re overzealous or uninitiated!
Indoors you can expect up to 700g of breathtaking flowers per m2, with a compact height of only 90cm. Outdoors plants bearing up to an astonishing 2KG are easily achievable with a mid-October finish. This extraordinary contrasting lime green and violet 22-28% THC deliciously tasting Indica (60% Indica / 40% Sativa) will leave a lasting relaxed and happy feeling on all who grow her and experience her unique old school stony high.

TROPICANNA BANANA™ Cannabis Seeds
DUE FOR RELEASE LATE 2019........
Another totally tantalising addition to our Cali collection. A mesmerising tropical cocktail of fresh and fruity flavours, uncompromising power and extraordinary yield potential. This remarkable hybrid is sweet, sticky, pumped up, highly potent and will leave growers gasping in awe at these high performing genetics.
Barney’s Farm have tamed this Sativa Dominant hybrid (60% Sativa, 40% Indica) and garnished it with huge dollops of glistening, sweet tropical fruit scented trichomes. A perfectly crafted marriage of Tropicanna (Girl Scout Cookies x Tangie) and a twist of Banana Kush infuses a calming Indica influence.
Let her effervescent personality guide you into a world of euphoric fizz and mystery. Tropicanna Banana is a highly vigorous plant, capable of delivering monster production when in the correct hands.
Growing Indoors expect heights of up to 1.1m with yields of 700g / m2 (flowering in 65-70 days) outdoors yields of up to 2kg per plant are very achievable. THC levels of 22-25% ensure extraordinary therapeutic value and uplifting invigorating effects that will stay with you throughout the day.

This was arranged earlier today so hopefully they'll be here by next weekend. Speaking of the weekend, hope everyone has enjoyed theirs :peace:

Nice goin prof! Those strains sound fantastic Tropicana Banana in particular should be a awsome strain. Lucky guy getting to grow out unreleased strains from Barney's I'm sure you will do them justice.

Thats the point Prof ,Mars in a day !!!! whistleblower. have a look at some of the 60's nuclear missile tests on "the done" mate. They spent a lot of money attempting to break through it. Also" sprites" pictures have also shown a surface below their ignition points and these babies are very very huge energy flashes miles long and way up in low earth orbit. Even the space station can only orbit in low earth atmosphere due to the dome .Nasa ecently admitted also finding a Plasma layer beyond our atmosphere which also is where the van allen belt is !!. A Tin foil lunar lander would be vaporized trying to go through this to leave our atmosphere. Space travel/exploration is an excellent money pit for stealth military spending budgets to use with very little hard evidence ( if any ever) of anything ever coming from another planet. I firmly believe space is fluid between perceived planets and also how the planet flooded (some twisted truth in the Noah story and very easily possible with only using 1 pair from each grouping i.e Feline, Bovine, ape ,ect... This would then lead to hybrids and species changes to give us the varieties among the grouping again over time , same deal with our own hobbies , a few original strains now have endless hybrids and phenos from the original small number. ) Sorry to go on here but years of searching and studying have given me a very open mind and i cannot find ANY proof of space at all besides , admitted freely on the images they release , Nasa digitised images of what we are told is earth. too much time on my hands now.lol sorry prof. A very personal and awakening journey that i would have took the piss put of myself years ago but now .........
Bro i just have 2 stop u there. I can see the space station with my own eyes when it zooms past every 90 minutes. There is no dome. If there is a dome, why does atmospheric pressure and composition change the further we are from the surface? If there was a dome the space station would crash to earth from atmospheric drag. Project fishbowl was an attempt 2 put artifical radiation belts around the earth 2 see if they could disable missles mid flight and emp enemy electronics. It caused aurora borealis in locations way far from the poles and 2 thousand miles from the blast area. Not sure if u r trying to go flat earth here. But there are months where the sun never rises above the horizon in the northern winter, and the same is true for the far south at opposite time of the year. We can measure angulation by putting a stick in the ground and measuring the shadow ever 15 minutes per change in location of sun in the sky. Also we know space is not liquid because light travels differently in liquid.

Nice goin prof! Those strains sound fantastic Tropicana Banana in particular should be a awsome strain. Lucky guy getting to grow out unreleased strains from Barney's I'm sure you will do them justice.
Thanks N. They look like some fun strains to grow out. Now we just need to decide how to go about it. Wilma? DWC? Soil?. Also how many of each. I was thinking just one of each but if we go with the Wilma then we'll have to do two. The horror! Everything is coming to a close over the next month and I'm undecided on how everything is going to work for the next season. Choices!
Anyway sorry for having 2 jump into that discussion ProfessorFlora. Every time I see your plants I can only think OOO BABY. Some real beautys here! Good job
Lol. Thanks Flagg. There's some more pics on the way. I'm liking the vanilla Kush right now. The Ayahuasca Purple has surprised me though. I imagined her being completely different and not looking quite as frosty as she is. Time for another update

:passitleft:

Hey 420. Hope everyone had a good weekend. Mine was pretty good but the weather was terrible so it was movies and fun activities with the kids. I've done some watering in the garden but that's about it. I'm feeding them at 1500ppm but it may still be a little too high for them. There is some burning on the tips of the leaves that has been steadily getting worse but not very quickly. The Vanilla Kush has curling at the tips of hers but I think it's environmental and not nutrient related. It's difficult to move the fan anywhere where she won't get hit. It's not too bad but it's worth trying to fix. I was thinking about giving them another trim as it's gotton a bit cramped in there. I've done it again and failed to trim the lower parts of the plants sufficiently and ended up with a bit of a shaded spot. They all look good though and are coming along nicely....

Shishkaberry....

The Shish continues to fill out and I'm actually a little worried that she'll become too compacted and become at risk of rot. She really does have a lot of bud on her and reminds me if the Orange Sherbert from before. This one is a lot more dense in her structure though and provided her buds fill out and gain a bit if density then we're in for a good score. She is still very fruity and sharp but is developing an earth tone. It smells great but it's no longer my favourite. More on that in a bit. The leaves are very sticky and it feels horrible if you happen to brush the back of your hand against her. I'm still not looking forward to the harvest with this one lol....

Vanilla Kush....

Well I can tell you now that this one is not like the one I grew before. Maybe that's because I'm a different grower now or maybe it's a different pheno. She has a smell though that could go the way I remember. This one is really dank though. It's like a cheese strain but not quite. There is something about it that is unique. It's a creamy but floral and sweet. But not lol. I have a feeling this one may steal the show. That is if it wasn't for the other one. More on that in a bit....

Ayahuasca Purple....

The AP is one frosty lady. She looks like she's been out in the rain. Also this plant has a fine example of SaugaGreen on her top leaves. So green. Her scent is straight up earth. It's another thing I wasn't expecting from this strain. I've actually been casually removing fans from this one whenever I go into the grow room. Just a few at a time here and there. She's a real looker and sparkles under the grow lights like those rubbish vampires In Twilight....

Purple Punch....

This is my new favourite when it comes to stinky weed. What a pong! I've never grown a Purple Punch before so I wasn't quite sure what to expect but I'd imagine it to be more fruity. A bit of grape maybe. This thing smells like some hardcore OG. Really meaty. It just smells fantastic. I am having some troubles with her though and I'm putting it down to me and not being familiar with how to use MasterBlend properly. She'll make it but I'll be surprised if she has any leaves left by the end lol. I'm going to empty the res and start fresh with her tomorrow and see what I can do. Over all I'm pretty happy with her but I'm also happy I have a couple more seeds to give it another go, maybe in soil next time....
