Barney's Farm - Mimosa X Orange Punch - SIP

Ok fresh start, clean slate, not going swimming!

Ok so on with the grow!

After a major fail with DWC I had to pivot and move this girl over to SIP.

So a few things from my last SIP take has hopefully been fixed:

A. Blue bucket, not cheap zon ones that require $80 worth of flex seal to fix!!

B. New bale of ProMix HP as my last batch was not buffering correctly! I will be starting a slurry test tonight or tomorrow to see if any amendments or adjustments need doing.

Now on with the grow info.

I charged the ProMix only for an hour, as it’s what I had time for, with tap water to let her get acclimated and I will start on MegaCrop on Wednesday and give her a good little soaking as I will be gone for 2 days. She should be fine.

I’m amazed that she had survived all of that nonsense that she went through and surprisingly is looking fairly OK.

I think today is officially day 9 for her.

Hey Ke0ncp, I'm in for this one. Sorry the DWC didn't work out for you and the little miss.
Welcome glad to have you Rambling!

All good man, just wasnt meant to be. It’s ok I’m just going to rebuild a bigger DWC set up that is fool proof or it won’t work for me LOL.

Anyways this girl is a little lonely in this tent all by her lonesome!! I might have to do some training on her!

On my current grow I'm gonna give quadlining a go for my training method.

Yo sorry to see that your first hydro experiment is on hold but I can't wait to see this girl in a SIP bucket. Super yielding genetics and a SIP with the kinks worked out, Let the Show Begin! :theband:

It’s all good man. Lots of learning happened. And I think I have a good plan moving forward as far as DWC goes.

I think this should be a fun grow. Thinking I’m going to play with some sort of training, might quadline. Will look at some options over the weekend :)
