Yeah looks really bushy now! Did you do some defoliation or going to do to open up?

i do defol a little most times i am in the room. there is so much that could be stripped but time always beats me with my two youngest children demanding daddy time ( full time stay at home dad, easier going to work !!!) The Liberty desperately needs a strip out for her lower bud sites and i would have done way more early training usually too. This crop has tried my patience, skill, sanity , so has been put into second place with time. my plan is to do a major defoliate tomorrow as have "booked time" away from fathering/mothering. Life can be too busy sometimes lol.Yeah looks really bushy now! Did you do some defoliation or going to do to open up?
i have been in today and done some room sealing as my loft smells like an amsterdam coffee lounge after the scrub from filter. so many tent leaks and getting positive air instead of the negative. new carbon needed i think. did a bit of defoliating and a little shuffling for light penetration. the criticals have about 3 weeks , the liberty and Hulkberry 5 weeks and the Buddha and utopias have another 8 at least. . Never an actual science amd always down to the trichromes at the end. Had 7 week strain go 12 weeks before . will use my loupe to hit the sweet spot as they start going amber.Allright, completelly understandable!
Looking forward for the pics after def!
How many weeks do they have to go?
looking great and will help with stable heat on res and pots.Wauw! How big is your room!?
Can't wait to see the girls put on some serious weight
Doesn't it stress them too much when in flower to defoliate them?
Btw I just finished wrapping them, here's a pic of the endresult. I think I'm good to go now with my growbox.
Thank you Islandgrow. I think it may be genetic as been growing years here in crappy uk weather , even purple strains dont colour up for me. there are big tenp drops in the night but i am using a greenhouse tubular heater to stop it dropping too much . usually does not affect my grows. looks beaut up close too. I am impressed with the Liberty haze , didnt expect her to get so many big colas as only did a 2 way mainline to hold her back while seedlings caught up. I see the need for a veg room to do longer veg.lolman things are looking stellar....love the autumn colours!
thanks ts. I had to adapt it( posh word for rolling , folding and stapling loads) to fit into my roof space. It has more holes than a mega brothel in tailand so leaks aromas something chronic. Nearly bought my neighbours christmas trees to keep them out of their lofts , it is that bad. lol.I hope you'll consider doing some strain grow/smoke reports in Seeds, Clones & Strains. Any/all of them, really - but I have at least one seed each of Peyote Critical, Liberty Haze, Utopia Haze (and other Barney's Farm strains) in my seed stash.
By the way, nice grow! And creative use of the tent .
thanks mate. i did a multi strain of Barneys farm but so many strains , i decided to do a multi journal for ease. The Hulkberry journal was because had different breeders seed. didnt diary the RQS Critical either as was using the critical forum as mini journal. Still waiting on these slow dryers and have 5 still going steong to finish this week. happy days.Didn’t realise you had a second journal. Fair play to you Gd that’s some nice frosty bud. That peyote critical is fantastic I’ll definitely be ordering some beans after looking at your plant. Great work mate.
