The flip to flower and initial formation of the tiny delicate white flowers is easily my favourite part of the grow. The look just lovely, stinker.

Thank you, Trala! I love watching the delicate wisps of a few pistols start stacking together into such a useful bud.The flip to flower and initial formation of the tiny delicate white flowers is easily my favourite part of the grow. The look just lovely, stinker.
Yes Nicky, I love it. It'll be another crowded grow. Looking forward to a larger tent soon. Are you growing a Lemon Tree?Nice, Stinker. That tent will soon be packed with flowers.
Thanks, yours look great as well. I take leaves every few days. The MXoP doesn't like them removed and droops the day after taking any. In my next run I have a Bruce planned and the Biscotti. I always liked the @Barney's Farm beans. There were a couple that I really liked for outside in HI. I need to learn about other genetics. Suggestions welcome. The girls look great, mate
They will thank you for trimming off some leaves.
I have Lemon Tree lined up for my next grow in my larger tent. I'll grow her together with a Biscotti Mintz, and two Zamnesia girls; Bruce Banner 3 and Larry Bird Kush. I'm thinking they would get along well together with similar flowering periods. I'm not sure which of these 4 strains I'm more excited about, they all seem amazing.

Barney's Farm are awesome. I think so far it's my favourite breeder. Other genetics I really like are: Zamnesia, Sweet Seeds, and Royal Queen Seeds. I've had great experiences with all of those.
I'm currently also growing some Green House Seeds Company strains. They seem very good, but I haven't seen the end result yet. Their new strains seem very good, like the Dark Phoenix I'm currently growing and the Chemical Bride that I have lined up for a future grow soon.
I had to smoke some Lemon Haze from my stash when I read that. Different breeder, but I love my Lemon Haze. It's always good to hear of favoured strain suggestions. I guess there is a lot around that are reasonably ok, it's just trying to find which ones really stand out on their own. Super Lemon Haze is one that is often favourably mentioned from Greenhouse, and Sweet seeds has that Dark Devil Auto that many swear by, plus an interesting looking Jack Herer, and others. Pineapple Chunk from Barneys has been rated highly by some too. But hey, I'm all ears if anyone knows and can recommend some great stand outs.
I grew some Royal Queen some years ago and liked them. I want to try some of the Zamnesia strains. My last grow I grew out my freebies. The big surprise was a B. Banger. I'm eager to hear others strain recommendations. There are so many choices it gets hard to choose. In Hawaii, both the LSD and Pineapple Chunk were a regular part of my grows. They grew great and were fairly rot resistant. I'm hesitant to grow sativa or sativa leaning crosses indoors because of the stretch. Do you have any concerns growing sativa on your stealthy balcony grow? It's always good to hear of favoured strain suggestions. I haven't grown a pure sativa strain before so it will be new to me. However, on the balcony the maximum height I can let the plants reach before stealth is broken is 2 feet tall, so I'm expecting to train them assertively and hopefully they'll still work out. Or perhaps I should have asked, should I have any concerns?Do you have any concerns growing sativa on your stealthy balcony grow?
I really don't know if its a concern. Sativa is known to be tall. When I read that it was your choice for the balcony this year, I figured you had a plan. The last thing I wanted to do was raise doubt. I'm sure you can make it work.I haven't grown a pure sativa strain before so it will be new to me. Hazes are a favorite of mine. I am still rationing whats left of an amnesia I grew outside the summer before last.I had to smoke some Lemon Haze from my stash when I read that. Different breeder, but I love my Lemon Haze.
I've grown 2 Dark Devils but I'm not a big fan of the taste. The smell when they grew was amazing, though.
Jack Herer Auto from Zamnesia is the only JH I've grown, but it's my favourite all time strain so far. The smell is insane. I will try some other JH photoperiod when I am running out of mine...
Tropicanna Banana from Barney's is another favourite. Excellent Sativa, and one of the tastiest strains I've tried, but mine was impossible to LST. It broke everything and grew very tall very quickly.
I have always wanted to have a go at growing some landrace Sativa. It'll have a longer flowering period of course but it is said to be good against mold, and colder temps in late flowering bring out more terpenes. But I have no idea how it will go, I will most likely quadline them low and supercrop heavily when stretching so I am imagining that I can keep her within sensible limits without her flashing the neighbours (if all goes well).I really don't know if its a concern. After losing one to a slug, I have 2 Mulanje seedlings, both regular, so I am hoping for girl and a male as I want to make more seeds. I am considering germinating one more but I only have 3 seeds remaining, I did share 3 with a grow buddy who should get a male if I don't, and then I should be able to use some of his pollen.Hazes are a favorite of mine. Thanks for the voucher code
I did some reading on the Mulange strain, it seems its one of the better sativas to keep low, they even mention scrog. But I am considering germinating another seed or two, you mentioned amnesia, I have several untried including, Fast Amnesia, Chronic Widow, Gold Leaf, Bubba Kush. I really don't have much room on the balcony but I feel like trying a couple of those in case the Mulanje didn't work out.
I have just started a grow with some regular Bushmans seeds. It's a landrace Sativa from South Africa. I was surprised to see they state a flowering period of only 45 - 48 daysI have always wanted to have a go at growing some landrace Sativa. Did you get the Bushmans in the CannaPot giveaway? Sorry I missed that one. I did see they have a short flower period. I'd be interested to follow.I have just started a grow with some regular Bushmans seeds. It's a landrace Sativa from South Africa. Yes, I did. I am growing 5 plants and will keep only 1 female after sexing.Did you get the Bushmans in the CannaPot giveaway? Sorry I missed that one. I did see they have a short flower period. I'd be interested to follow.
This is also my favorite time. The plants all look very healthy and lush. This is the only way we know the plants like our lights. This is my favorite time of The Grow.
