Barney’s Farm With The Mars Hydro

Thank you Krissi! I see why you like the autos, they are fast growers.

Fun to watch, right?!
Hi, I just watered and inspected everything, also did another defoliation. There are no more male parts I could find today.
It could have been the lolipopping I don't normally do w autos either now that you mention the heavy defol. Honestly, we just won't really ever know!
Thanks Krissi for the good thoughts. If I stressed anything it was probably due to defoliating. I see for today there is more growth in one space than want to deal with again. We learn. I also feel more comfortable with photos. With autos I only know what I hear, and that is they don't like to be messed with at all, where photos like it.

you do well with both. They look amazing.. literally so picture perfect and the nugs in the end. Indoors outdoors you name it you do it
Whatever autos like, these have been thinned again as they were were also thinned with the last three watering's, no choice, too thick for me.. Hope its okay?

I trim them I wouldn't be too concerned Stink, really.. they handle way more than people say they do
I appreciate the support, I feel sort of guilty.

I love your support!!!
You support me here and I lurk on your threads. You are too popular, so much going on. .:. Love your tents the girls and watching from you from the side.

awww man you made me feel fluttery inside. My Mother Earth soul gave a smile for sure. Thank you so much, I just really love my girls
:battingeyelashes: Glad to see you might be slowing down some.
I need to. Hurts in my chest to breathe today, read its from over using an injured shoulder lol
Today's defoil..

Looks about right. Next time I do, I will take a pic for you. Seems like a lot but they get bushy!

Glad ya not found any more 'nanas stink. I feel the same as you and just as apprehensive with autos :). I'm gonna be watching and learning from you dude :)

I'm sure you will be showing some gorgeous girls though even though it's a bit out of your comfort zone :)

Take care of your shoulder. Is it the rotator cuff? Painful for sure. I have two surgical repairs. Hope you are feeling better soon.

We all learn from each other, its cool! I'm not really apprehensive, just not familiar with and hear stories, and see pictures where shortfalls are blamed on plants being autos. This grow is going great, I think. Keeping the 1 extra at the end made it 1 to many.

AC joint and Rotator Cuff yep. You get to healing yourself!!!

The rotator surgeries healed well. Now I have nerve impingement that affects the shoulder and neck. No more surgeries for me. Take care of yourself now Krissi. You will be glad you did later.

Good morning, the lights just went out. Its water day again, it comes fast, they are bone dry, I need to get more water in them. This is a downside to the smaller pots. Even the 3 gal are bone dry. Will need to make a rig that will hold more water and can be dispensed with a hose. Maybe even on a dolly. While out for water, all need to be inspected again for male parts. I've seen too many recent grows where tents are pollinated. We don't want that here.

I couldn't be happier with a light, this @Mars Hydro , FC-4800 penetrates deep into all this growth. There will be no more thinning or defoliation. The plants should start pulling from and giving up the excess growth that gets in the way.

Four Runtz autos out front. Happy grows :peace:

This is the 1st time I have seen any this early, usually there are a few just before harvest. Maybe it was too much light too early. Tomorrow I will inspect all for more. I thought autos didn't herm, don't know why.
Glad to hear the Larry Bird has not grown more nanners. There is hope. :ganjamon:

Hey Trala, me too! :)

======

The little Runtz, Runt that was kept has grown to 11" and is healthy. Its in a 1 gal bag.

That is TOO cool! A healthy plant in a 1 gallon pot is a thing of beauty, IMO! :Rasta:

Man, Stinker, you really do pack them in! There is a career waiting for you here. :Rasta:

No more nanners were found today. Two to go back in, then its a full house again. They were given a light dose of epsom salts with today's feed/water, 1 tablespoon per 10 liters. :peace:

If only it were that easy.

I like it too! Earlier I saw the mention of small autos in another thread that were kept and thought I would keep this one as a tiny plant. I didn't expect much, she was a runt, at least during the first weeks. She started in a .5 gal pot and looked strong, but a runt. Really I didn't want to cull, so put in the 1 gal bag. When doing so the rootball fell apart as the pots circumference was larger than the bag. Anyhow, she looks good now and I'm glad I kept her. There should be a nice main bud later. :Rasta:

That’s a “flowerful” looking tent! Well done!

NTH
Thank you NTH, it should be full of flowers soon :ganjamon:

That's a lot of greenery for sure hehe. Looking good dude!
The tent is looking really nice!
Thank you everybody.

The plants seem happy. It is a full tent for sure, at least for me it is. One of the Strawberry Cheesecake's is still stretching, its about 4" from the light now. The light has been raised a few clicks daily. I really dont want to raise the light much much further away from the rest. Ideally I want about 8" from the closest, been trying to keep the stretch on the Cheesecake back by keeping the light so close. Its worked before. It might need to be supercroped tomorrow if it hasnt stopped, it is still early enough. The rest have stopped stretching and are making nice buds :peace:

Hey @stinker Love you new icon.
How close is it to how you look?
Garden is full brother wow. :thumb:
2 things, you have some main colas sticking up.
I'd tie them over flat and drop my light. :Namaste:
Get some penatration into that forest.
Second they aren't quite eating properly my friend.
Have you been making any adjustments to your nutrient regime to combat this?
How is your ph for instance?
They look hungry and right now they need as much nutrition as they can get.
Bud building takes a lot of energy and nutrients.
Just my 2 cents.
Garden is beautiful.
Keep up the good work.

Thanks bill, I appreciate the advice. I'm comfortable with the canopy height, where it is below the the tallest cheesecake, and their nutritional needs. Colors look different under strong lights. The Mars FC-4800 in this 1x1m tent offers good light penetration. My goal is main colas, so if she doesn't stop stretching today she will be supercropped tomorrow. The rest will remain upright. :peace:
