Bag Seed 12/12 From The Start

Yeah, waiting is hard..
:green_heart:
What I did do is improve the air circulation in my bucket. I have a 4” intake made from dryer exhaust pipe at the bottom of the bucket, and a 4” round fan at the top to pull heat out. My dumb ass made the hole for the light fixture only big enough for the bulb threads, so the only air escaping from the area was through the vents at the top of the light fixture smmfh. I cut 4 1” holes around the light so the air exchange should be huge now. I feel like an idiot but I got it fixed and hopefully it helps out with some of the issues. You’ll see in the pic that the only heat and air escaping was out the small slots, vents, and cuts.

I also think water played a bigger role in my problem than expected. When I took her out of the bucket to spray with the epsom salt solution, I kinda massaged the pot(soft plastic) to help loosen the soil, which seemed a bit compacted. While I was doing this I checked the drain holes and they were a little plugged, but were lightly caked with white mineral deposits. All 5 holes. So I’m at least a little bit confident that using spring water will bring her back to life. I think she will be ready for a watering tomorrow but I’m probably going to wait until the calmag comes Friday.

Yeah, that’s gonna make a difference!

Good move. Let her dry out some more.

Good job!! Here’s hoping she thanks you for it. Air circulation is a big deal.
I just can’t believe I overlooked that hole. The slits in the lamp housing worked when she was only using two bulbs but with 6! What was I thinking?! No wonder my humidity was damn near zero lol. I hope she gets some good breathing in tonight and shows a little life. The soulbei g a bit looser and closer to being dry gives me hope that she will bounce back! The buds are there they just need to fatten up instead of recovering from sickness

Yeah, any issue during flowering is magnified because the plant is mainly more interested in reproduction than addressing damage with more veg.

Always go into flowering with all cylinders firing.
:yummy:
My next one will most definitely be a hempy bucket

Ahh these things happen. Part of the fun of the journey is the journey itself. Learning is a beautiful thing, just like these plants! When I first saw her getting a little upset I should have spoke up about the humidity. Was the first thing I thought of. Anyways, onwards and upwards! Youre on the right track. Happy Growing!

I’ve learned everything else in life the hard way, why should this be any different lol

LoL ... oh boy, the old VPD chart. Keep in mind this varies largely depending on HID light or LED light. Leaf tissue temperature has a lot to do with it. Start learning slowly and keep things simple. Once that works for you branching out is much easier.

I got a feeling that even if she does recover, my cola bud will be shit. After the deficiency, there’s no foliage left to convert the light energy into buds! Am I wrong?

If the calmag and new water end up correcting the issue, can I expect at least a little more growth of the buds? The trichomes seem pretty white on a lot of the buds, and if I can’t expect a little higher yield, I might just chop it and start a new one. If she will produce more with the problem corrected, I’m willing to wait it out. Tomorrow will begin week 9.
