When you get there make a plea deal with the Prosecutor and they'll usually drop the charge down to something with a lesser fine and no demerit points. Maybe improper turn or similar instead of red light running. If you have a clean record there should be no problem.

Shitty on the ticket....same shit happened to me 3 weeks ago, rolled up to stop sign in a deserted road....police sitting there and flagged me over..over $550 for failing to stop and tint...so brutal... pleading not guilty. Apparently they gey tons of people at this area because the intersection is like 10 meters in front of the stop sign. Fuck that shit

Up here we have red light cameras, and willsnap your picture running through a yellow light. The majority of the time people are speeding, that’s how they get ya. As long as your not speeding, your good!

I do, but... not really. I have all my demerits, and only have photo radars which don’t go to my driving abstract. So maybe!

So years ago in Ontario there was a chance that the cop never showed up. But with software and scheduling with courts, cops have their cases all shown the same day. They don't even go into the courtroom unless called by the JOP.

When we show up for court here we see the Prosecutor first, alone in a room, and you explain your situation. Then he'll say OK if you plead guilty I can do this for you. Honestly it's easy and they do most of the work.
Once you agree he then sends you back into the hallway and wait until you go up against the Judge who already knows what your plea was. The Prosecutor states it again to the Judge, the Judge asks if you agree and then they ask how many days do you need to pay.

If you do go that route, acknowledge the Prosecutor as Mr/Ms Prosecutor and the Judge as Your Worship or Your Honor. A little ass kissing goes a long way in court.

Instead of getting a 400 buck fine and 3 demerits, you could plea it down to 250 bucks and 2 demerits. Depends what mood your plea officer is in.

Our ground is still covered - Out in my shop I built a "light box" lined with mirrors, to place in an east facing window with four lights on top and a "mirror shelf" outside to reflect more light - I set a timer for the light to come on at 5:30 am - looked out that morning at about 6 - HOLY SHIT!!! The whole damn forest was lite up like a crime scene with the reflection off the snow!!! That was the only time - I don't want to draw that much attention!! Our highway is getting busier all the time, too many looky loues even at the time of day!! This was all part of my plan to add additional light during veg and then take it away in hopes they would flip. I need a new plan!!!

holly cow manure! I went out early to buy some toilet paper, and groceries. Big line up of people waiting to get inside. It was like a feeding frenzy in there! They limited it to one pack per family. I was able to chew someone’s arm off to get a pack. I’m glad thats over with! I might want to lay low for a while! You know, at least until this covid-19 business is over with. I’m sure glad My boss is giving me time off with pay! Haha I’m only kidding, I’m not that fortunate. Back to work I go come Monday!

I heard today they are (the government) is paying people who need to be quarantined. That’s good at least. But what they should do, is do what Italy did, and pause mortgages... I mean the entire country is damn near under quarantine but me as the main provider of this household, the payments they’d give is like Ei and that’s like 25% of your wage. I’d be whooped! Guess all I can do is wash my hands! Wait this out! Hope I don’t get hit.
