Back pains

Hey, I sometimes have really bad back pains and the doctors suggested some painkillers. I dont like taking pills so usually i just smoke a joint. Do my back pains qualify for medical?

What strains help with your back pain . I have had 4 surgeries , 2 rods , 6 bolts and a stimulator implant and the pain is still at a 10 every day. I smoke all day but doesnt help enough to kick the pain meds . I hope to make rso soon and that it works .
