Autumn/Winter Two Strains In Hempy

Looking great Mel, love the cherry bomb.

Interesting history on that strain. Originally created by Mr. Greengenes on another forum gave out his cherry bomb seeds to bomb seeds, Reeferman, and Swami. Of course, bomb seeds breed it with one of their own strains and kept the name cherry bomb.

That’s pretty much what I though would happen, wet is to strong it’ll grab. Dry it is I won’t even mess with wet

I think @nivek used one for wet trimming a Blueberry as he took it down, but I don't remember him posting final result pics after the dry.

Interesting! When I first grew it I was told that it was a cross of a Hawaiian sativa and a North American indica (so that means an Afghani indica).
Later, when I bought my own seeds I got the Bomb seeds version. It felt pretty much the same, just with more of an indica bud structure. I just went back and looked, and it looks like I didn't post the strain info on it! Here's what I found.

Cherry Bomb
Feminised photoperiod
"Mainly indica"
Big Bomb x "fruity mother"
THC: 17-22%
CBD: 0%
Flowering: 8-10 weeks, late Sept-early Oct
Effect: Head high into a relaxing body stone
Taste: Cherry, fruity, with skunk undertones

I guess that "fruity mother" is the Mr. Greengenes genetics.

He found 8 seeds from "boel" weed brothers of eternal love which was a Hawaiian sativa mixed with a Mexican. It had some indica phenos too. Think bomb seeds grab his indica version..

I bet you're right.
The first Cherry Bomb I grew was from a friend's seeds, and I guarantee it wasn't Bomb seeds version.
It was very tall and lanky, with sativa buds, and big indica leaves.
The high was the same sativa takeoff and indica landing though, no heart pounding or paranoia.
