Auto Grow - 300W LED - First Journal - 2014

Only 5g, that's a pity coz it does look nice. I hope you ge a touch more

Ter my own fault though. Ph problems with soil, cal/mag issues due to ph, small because when i repotted her i lost like a third of her roots. I just so shocked that she is still alive.

Re: Auto grow, 300w led, first journal, 2014

So how do you feel about your new 100x3 from TopLED? What light did you have before and does it beat it? I just bought 2 of them and just wanted to know how you feel. So far its been a week and I am pleased with mine.

Hi mate firstly thanks for looking in. I am liking my old model 100x3 topled mate. It has more than sorted out the heat problems i was getting with my 400w hps that i was using. I will beable to access is more when Annie is harvested as she will be my first proper full grow with them but so far im very pleased just took me a bit to get use to finding that sweet spot of distance between light and plant.

Both AKR and Annie needed watering so AKR had full strength nutes and cal/mag and Annie had 1/4 strength nutes and 1/2 strength cal/mag (her first) also before watering both i sprinkled 2 tablespoons off dolomite lime on top off soil to keep my soil ph in bay. The watering pushed the dolomite lime into soil which is good news.

How come you repotted the akr looks real nice though :yummy: when do you think you'll grow the other seed? Would be nice to see it to it's full potential, had a lot to catch up on your thread hard to get through it all :)

Thanks for taking to time read through. I had to repot as i just couldnt get the ph if the soil above 5.4 or about that and that was causing bad cal/mag issues i will be popping the other AKR in mid/end october when mrs has the kiddy and i start growing again.

Just a few pics of ladies today

Have you ever tried any defol on your auto's? I've heard they don't like messing with too much but I'm curious as to what you can & can't do to them.

I think I've got a defol obsession & need help :/ I'm ODD: Obsessive Defol Disorder

Lmfao. No i not done any defol as the same heard autos dont like being messed with to much. Ive not even done leaf tucking before so we will see if it helps a bit or not.

The best way to tuck leaves is to give the stem a squeeze & dig your finger/thumb nail into the underside of the stem & bend it down. This stops them popping back to where they were. I found that without doing this they naturally just un-tuck themselves. I used to do this before my defol fascination took hold :)

Oh and it does help a lot :)
