Hermie seeds will inherit Hermie genetics. Yeah they will start female, but chances are VERY high those girls will transition from she/hers to they/thems.

if you can, try and save some of the pollen from the hermies. then use it on some non hermied plants. I've found it makes a more stable plant that will be less likely to hermie.Yes in my humble opinion hermie seeds are just as good as regular... Regular seeds can be both sexes + 1, which is the same odds as a hermie seed.
I am currently growing a plant that hermied at the start of flower, and I saw nanners and pods randomly throughout the plant for about two weeks.
And with some patience and careful picking I managed to keep the lady bits from switching teams.
And I'm glad I put in the work as this is the nicest smelling and one of the most colorful plants I've grown to date.
So if you have nothing to lose but some time.... I would say take the chance.
