Yea, sucks, I really wanted to see what the Goliath would do in such a small space.

Yea, he was cool about a free (for me) return. Sent me a shipping return label. I feel bad, but need a great light for this grow asap. I may wait for his new COB light, or just get a Dwarf Star when available.

So it's been 4 days since chop and they seem dry, stems snap and buds are pretty crispy yet solid. The temp has hovered right around 70 and the Rh at 42. Is this ok or should I let them go longer? Should I try to get them to dry slower next time by adding humidity and or getting the temps down? I had the intake and exhaust fans going but that's it.

I'd jar them up and do the burp thing at this point. Snappy bracts is what I look for. High Brix buds stay nice and gummy, ditto the leaves. If they're dusty dry, they aren't high brix.

Next time, if you can dry them in mid-sixties with 50-55 rH you'll get it about perfect and the jarring won't be as urgent.

Ween, get those buds in a jar...don't over dry them OK. This is what i do sometimes when they have been drying fast , like in the winter months when the RH is very low and drying is faster. Put them in jars with the lids on /off for a few days OK. Know what i mean. Put them in the jars with the lids on , but keep an eye on them over the next week or so , ok. By doing this they will continue to dry , but at a much slower rate , which is what we want OK. After a day or so , take the lids off and feel the buds, if they are re-moistened from being sealed up (which they should)just leave the lid partially off for part of a day , then feel them again ..got it? Cheers bud!

No fluffy buds this time! These are solid and smell great, more like lemon than orange. The final weight is 130 grams or just over 4 1/2 zips. I'm really happy with that. Here's a few pics. The pics are before buds were removed from the stems so there is very little stem in those jars. Thanks again everyone for your help!

How did I miss this post? I do know what you mean and will do. The boss said it smells like grapefruit and some kind of wood. She also said she wants to call it "kind bud" because it makes her feel "kind" or happy. I'll give it a try in the next few days.

Well im using #10's so it's really 4 (6*7=42) and my 2 veg girls are in 2nd run soil.
