The CMH is generally capable of a gram per watt for an average run.
Almost double that if you really know what you're doing.

Yeah not half mate. Im dying to try one of those 315s. I've got a 600w CMH/HP's I use but been told by way to many folk now that the 315 should be able to keep up with mine. Seen some pretty impressive yields with them like. Lots of bang for your buck

I'd be pretty surprised if you can't get close to a kilo from that light alone mate. Couple runs you should be getting well over that.

Just in process of putting reflective foil on top of buckets help keep heat of buckets also might help with light at bottom of plants later on

Doesn't make a difference to light sadly mate but I do find that doing the foil tops and wrapping them in that silver bubble wrap stuff knocks a couple degrees off the temperature which is always a bonus
