So I'm 2 weeks into flower in she's stopped growing. I'm getting the hairs and such but the plant itself hasn't grown. I have roots coming out the bottom of the pot. Which is why I think she's root bound. If she's root bound is it possible to chance repotting at this point?
Yes, in fact if you don't transplant now she will not produce well in either quality or yield. Since you are already in flowering, I would transplant her into a container twice as large as she's in now. Expect a week or two of shock, little to no growth, possibly wilted looking, then she should finish the last half of flowering in good shape. In general, when you can, it is best to transplant before entering flowering.
The stretch phase of flowering usually last between 2(normal) and 4(abnormal) weeks depending on strain. I would just transplant her and let her flower, at worst I would think you could add a little time to your expected harvest date.
