Yes! They have really great food at Lucy’s but they sure get busy there! pre covid.. anyway. It’s been awhile since I’ve been there though. Happy to share my Braddah!

We switching over from butts to plants again so here we go! I got the pics labeled this time to keep things a little more organized. Pics are from last night before bed.

You can see the deficiency or gluttony that is happening with the plants. My suspicion is I need more “K” since these babies are really starting to form buds. I’m looking forward to hearing your thoughts @MrSauga when you have time.

Hiya Sunny,
tbh when using other supplements with MC it's hard for me to diagnose. I don't think it's a K issue, in fact if anything it will be a Mg def. The amounts of K you are adding right now are quite high. MC alone has enough K in it to finish flowering without any additives.
Currently you are adding K values of 17, 8 and 4. When you start adding too much K you decrease the availability of Mg. Adding the calmag doesn't really help because the Mg in it isn't available to the plant right now.
Ideally you should be at 5.5g or 6g/gal of MC without adding anything. At this point I'm not sure if it's worth tinkering but if you wanted to then I would go to 5.5g/gal of MC and that's all. Once some of the K leaves the soil you may need to bump up the MC to 6g. If after 6g you still see issues then you can consider using calmag.

I know growers like to use terpinator, bud explosion, sweet candy and all that fun stuff, but when you see what MC does alone you'll realize that normally you don't need any supplements. Growers new to MC feel the plants can take more nutrients early in veg because nute burn doesn't really show, but a buildup of other nutrients such as P and K induce problems as soon as flower time happens.

MC of 9-6-17(may differ depending on your version)
Rock Resinator of 0-7-8
Terpinator 0-0-4
I can't find any info on Super Carb(NPK value if any)

True, some growers have killed it with MC alone. I do add Bud Explosion and Sweet Candy to align my v1 MC(bought in 2018) to a v2 or v3. Both those have more K in it as well as some other elements.
You can also safely add Protekt throughout your grow which is a silica based supplement. It helps fight off PM and diseases and strengthens the stems somewhat as well. This would normally stay at the same dose as your MC. If you were using 5g of MC then you can use 5mL of Protekt or similar silica supplement. If you use silica supplements then you need to introduce some calmag as well to balance the NPK ratio out. I know it sounds like a lot but there are ways to play with your grows to get the most out of them.

Aloha Mr.Sauga Hell yeah I wanna get the most out of my grows! I do have liquid silica from bloom city. The calmag I have is from the same company. Both off the zon.. The mega crop sample I got was from this year. To describe it would be it’s brown, smells like shit and has little round balls in it. It’s starting to clump so I got the bag rolled up and stuffed in a mason jar.

I’ve been lurking the MC site often. They didn’t have any smaller bags at the time and I wasn’t about to commit to a big bag... the ole lady would kill me lol I did read somewhere that the formula changed or its not brown and stink anymore. Idk I forget where I saw it. I’ll look into the proteckt later.. I know @Preston9mm uses it with his coco. Mahalo again And have a blessed night and weekend!

OK so it sounds like you have v2 of MC and you should have no problem just using that alone. If the silica has a K value of 3 then you can add 5mL per gallon after a couple of waterings to let some of the existing K get used up. No rush but if you can send me the NPK and the Ca, Mg values of your calmag that would help. The iron content doesn't really matter.

I’m excited about this Red Pure CBD. Never grew one before like this and in my mind I didn’t know what to expect. The resin smells like lemon lime skittles.. I want to get it tested to see if it truly is under 1% thc.

Yuuuuuummmmmy!!!! I bet after the morning toke the sampling of the Kalua Pork was epic! Lol! I hope Mr. H enjoys a small taste of the islands! I am grateful I could share something with all you wonderful folks I’ll get my lomi lomi’ salmon recipe typed up to go with the kalua.

This DDA is just a weird plant I think. She stretched a lot and took a beating from my previous nutrient approach so I’d say you still got plenty of hope for your DDA to get after it!
